thanks! Our wedding was two weeks ago. We just have to wait for 2 weeks to pick up the marriage certificate. I got all my AOS documents ready to file and so ready to move on!

Going a little crazy. My creation date changed a week and a half ago and I’ve had an update since then. But visa still has not been issued.

Interview is set for February 27, 2019. I will be flying there a few days ahead and will probably sit with her in silence during the interview. We got this  !!!!! 1 year and 2 months plus +++ later!!!!

I really love this group and always come back to check if we have any updates. We might start on the same month, but the process for each individual can be so different. Someone might have gotten NOA2 first, but is still waiting to get their visa, while those who got approved later have already been in the US, got their SSN and got married and now is getting ready to file for AOS. Hey guys.. Howdy?? So i applied for SSN using my married name last Dec. 27th. Until now I haven’t received yet my SSN so i went down to SS office and found out the DHS didn’t approve my SS application because of my Married name. Any advice for this? @Greenbaum Thank you

This late you now must wait till you get your authorization to work card and once you have that return back to SS to refile whereupon you will be approved.
