Hey hope everyone’s ok . Has anyone recently done their k1visa I’d like to know some of the questions ask please help here. And are they gonna deny you because your partner is way older than you please help here thanks

If you'd do some search you'd k ow that depends on the country and if there are any other red flags. 

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

Beneficiary is Jamaica he’s older than I am

Your going to need to be more specific about the details of your case. Age differences are not an exact reason for denial. But could factor in to the legitimacy of the relationship in the CO officers eyes. You have to prove you have a bonafide relationship. And if its outside the cultural norms it is more difficult to prove.

We  just got approved last week in Colombia, me the petitioner 32 years older than my fiance, there was no issues at all, our case was well prepared, documented with all the evidence need it, passport stamps, pics, etc, we're both from same country, same language,  no cultural barriers, at the interview i was present for the first few seconds after that she was on her own, the CO not even asked her or brought age difference.
