Your worrying about nothing. They may of forgot something so they had to reopen your visa packet.  Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of the steps for the visa packet at the Embassy there in Manila:
 

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa
the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance
the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork
the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.

Alex just landed in Denver. Waiting to hear from him. He has a long layover (8 hours) and then he arrives in Omaha at 10:40 tonight.

It's difficult to explain to people who have not gone through this process what these feelings are. I'm just a weeping mess today. Thankfully I have work to keep me busy but I'm just so worried and anxious and excited and emotional.

I need help,my fiance got his interview yesterday and they r requesting all  Facebook messages,i try to do it on two different ways but one is giving me one option and it is to print it out and it is over 600 pages,other is showing only his name on them, If anyone know how to do it can you please let me know how @Naes

maybe you know,Im all day trying to find a way our visa depends on it

ALL Facebook messages?!?! I find that a bit of a (panicky) stretch? Do you have a copy of the 221g you could quote?

Proof of communication 2015-2018 (can be put on cd)  they ask him ,O you saw each other only once and want to get married,he told them that i was there in his home for 3 weeks and we know each other 30 years and yes that was enough for us to want to get married,than they told him,O this is your first and heres third marriage then they asked about engagement party snd ring,in our culture we dont usually make party and give a ring,he never applied for US and no crominal record

Sounds like they doubt your relationship entirely. 

Well for Facebook messages you can download them in their entirety from a PC and upload them to a CD. 

Use the help search bar on Facebook to pose the question. I'm sure that because of the way Facebook updates so regularly, you would not find much current info on the internet but I DO know it's possible to download them to a PC.

I know and it is very frustration that after all of this wait this is happening,i tried on Facebook to find the way but there is nothing  saying how to do it that it works,do you think maybe because i have Chromebook that's why i have no option to save it,only option that i have to do it it is one without my name on it since it is from my messenger

That IS a possibility. Try maybe another explorer? 

Can I ask what evidence of relationship that he brought with him to the interview that made them decide that what he came with wasn't adequate?

Go to FB messenger screen shot you history and copy paste images into a word doc print out pages

I did 28 pages but they told him that they cant really see it good,but know when they want all of it it will be like 10 000 messages

Pictures 14 of them,28 pg of our FB messages that i screenshot but they told him that they can see it good,they ask him for more pictures,we will find the way to get all of our messages

Hmm when I pasted images in word it let me enlarge pic text clearly see what was there plus his display pic and name also my name too and pic

I tried to do it and for some reason it didn't had his picture in it,i found a way to do it and it looks very good but it only shows his tumbler pic and his first name but not my pic or my name,we do have loots of pic on it that we sent to each other so who ever looks at it can see that it is us but i dont know if that will work
