Once you sign up for scan mail, it takes 3 or 4 business days to start scanning your mail. It’s not an automatic thing. Takes their computer a few days to sync up. But once it does, you’ll get emails every day the mail is deilivered. I was getting emails at about 9 am and you can log in at about 8:30’am to check the scan for yourself. If any earlier than 8:30, it will show 0 mail

Huge congrats I’m so happy for you!

Thank you!! Actually the notice was from snail mail with notice date of 10/16 so it took five days for my hubby-to-be. No update from old and new site even the tracker app. So when i received the chat of my fiancée that we got the mail i was shouting “omg omg” at work 😂

i think yours will be on snail mail too! ☺️💪🏼

Hi everyone,

I am just barley an April Filer, as I mailed my petition on 4/28, got my NOA on 5/4. I have been watching and waiting like everyone else. My timeline said mid/late November. So, I was shocked today I got a text message saying my case was updated. Went and looked at old site and....

New site still says "Case Was Received".

So excited that the big wait is over, hopefully everyone else gets good news soon too!!!

While driving to work this am, Inwas talking with my fiancé and we both promised to be positive this week and not get stressed. After hanging up, I found the most glorious email in my inbox.....USCIS sent me an email that action was taken on my case and read some more and then said was APPROVED!!!!!

NOA1 04/02/2018

NOA2 10/22/2018

notified via email

old site updated, new site not

I can say that so far this was one of the most stressful periods I think that can test anyone’s faith. The one thing I kept telling myself is that I paid the $585 fee or whatever it was, someone must process something at sometime. I’m feeling a lot of early April cases will come to fruition this week and I am grateful for this website to vent and support with everyone.

Ohh Nice. Finally you got it. Congratulations!

Just got my mail. Seems like my RFE will be quite simple..

I believe I am understanding what it says so I went back to visa application and here is what I had put. No personal info on this so I do not mind sharing it for the sake of help. lol

Now if I understand this correctly, seems like I just need to write them a letter stating exactly how we met and that it was not through an International Marriage Broker.

Hmmmm yes maybe is too short the explanation. You can attach another sheet regarding that question and explain details  first time meeting in person plus the information if the website where you met her is IMB or not
