feels like its taking forever!! never has the "hurry up and wait" phrase had so much meaning before!! Every day our projected NOA2 dates creep forward its like silly excitement over 1 little day.

For the most part we are hanging in there!

hey Aprilette family how are you all? hanging in there? a lot of you have been very quiet I hope you are okay.

I was getting a bit down at the wait last week but perked up again now, possibly because I'll be seeing my fiancé in 18 days!!

Roughly 3 months to NOA2 for us according to predicted dates.

I passed my uk driving theory test so working had on practical lessons and hope to pass my test by October so I can convert more easily to a US licence when I get there permanently.

Any updates? what have you all been doing to get ready for NOA2?

Amanda

Once married u can be added to ur fiancé insurance. Also if something should happen from the date of marriage till they r able to add u, the insureance will still cover any expenses minus copay.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Hello All,
Been lurking on this site for some time now. I filed for the K1 Visa towards the last week of April of 2018  - they said the date received was April 25th - and NOA1 - was sent around the 2nd week of May. So I am assuming that the Cali Center is currently taking around 5-7 months to process?
Has anyone yet to receive a NOA2 from the Aprilette family here?

Hoping to be able to have the SO done and here by Dec. of 2018  - Would make for a fantastic Christmas. As of now if counting by May - Aug - it has been around 3.5 months.
Will be waiting to see who can chime in.
