My husband's case has no update either. WAC18178...

The old system doesn't have anything. the new system still has thay they received our case.

the email updates they send only say there's no new updates to the case since November. November happens to be when we called them to ask why hubby hasn't received biometrics.

We have been waiting this long, we just need to remain patient. At least our spouses are with us during this wait. the wait for an update when he was in India and I was here was horrible.

I would be surprised if the bulk approved cases. My guess is- this is about biometrics.

I'm 100% confirmed this is about bio-metrics - I'm only worried hope this is not error bulk bio-metrics like they messed up last year.

Yeah ne too all the 56 cases y talk about never get noticed about biometric ,we just seen in the app its said fingerprint reviews was completed.but my concern now is that only you and me got the letter from them so y?

So my roommate sent me a picture of the letter and it was just to let me know that they are reusing my biometrics and that they won't refund me the fee. At least this gives me the illusion that we will hear about a decision soon.

I hadn't seen any updated in the new system where we had our case registered to be tracked. Out of curiosity I went to the old system and put in the case number and it has Fingerprints Review Was Completed message on 2/27/19.  We have an USCIS letter waiting at home also (assume it is the same message). I'm happy that is done at least. The waiting continues...

We are CSC filers - case number WAC181795xxxx

April filer - NOA date 5/23/18

I did a case tracker app search for 500 cases in my range WAC181995xxxx (May Filler)

It seems that a large percentage of people got the “Fingerprint Review Was Completed” update on Feb, 27 2019

However, my case number along with a few others did not get this update.

I filled 5/22/2018

NOA date 6/12/2018

Never received any biometric interview letter nor did they tell me that they’re re-using my biometrics.

Hopefully things will be more clear next week.

@GBOS any thoughts/speculations?

So I take it there is still no movement on EAC filers for April and May. Guess they are still busy playing Candy Crush up in Vermont...

@pearla - it is correct that within the last 72 hours, much of CSC filers in April 2018 and May 2018 (those who had to wait forever for NOA due to CSC data entry delay) have just seen the status update about the fingerprint review.  This is due in part that files are getting in queue to be either transferred or worked on.  Some April 2018 files (about 2 weeks worth) have already been transferred to Nebraska, I have confirmed this.

The fact that your case has not seen the status update leads me to believe that you may likely be asked to get a biometrics done (for whatever reason).  It probably costs you a few hours, but on the bright side, your biometrics will be refreshed, if the case ever get delayed too long in the future (and I hope that is not the case).  USCIS does “discourage” the reuse of biometrics if they are older than 36 months (and I think this is weird.  Our faces may change slightly, but fingerprints which are used for FBI checks are not going to change!).

As a quick observation: There has been one case in here (not sure which month) that a member just received a biometrics appointment because he/she also have a dependent (child/ren prior to the marriage) on Form I-751.
