I have been denied N 400. Is it wise to file N336?

Depends on the reason(s) for the denial and what evidence you have to overcome them.

Nothing happens, unless along with the denial they have reason to deport you---again, depends on the reason for the denial, if you wish to share that.

In most cases, you can just renew your green card and continue to live as a LPR.

Much like others, the reason may be the determining factor of what you choose to/ or can do.

HERE ARE THE TOP  REASONS WHY CITIZENSHIP MAY BE DENIED
  • Selective Service. Males between ages 18 and 26 are required to register for Selective Service. ...
  • Fraud before green card. Very often, Immigration takes a look back at a naturalization applicant's whole history. ...
  • Crimes. ...
  • Lying. ...
  • Taxes. ...
  • Child support. ...
  • English.
  • Unwilling to take full oath without providing a strong religious reason with letters of support
  • Not reporting  adverse information immediately prior to your oath ceremony (between your approval and ceremony)
  • Traveling to certain countries prior to the ceremony
  • Other factors, finding conflicting information, (my cousin has legally 3 kids, kid #3 was determined not to be biological his, he told the agent that he has 2 kids, DENIED)
  • Agent waking up on the wrong side of his bed

PICK ONE AND PEOPLE WILL GUIDE YOU IN TE RIGHT DIRECTION. I know a guy that went for the interview in Boston and the agent told him  if I were you I will just walk out and don't go inside for the interview... the guy just walked out.

I have been denied N 400. Is it wise to file N336? I read many articles and it said even after N336 hearing the decision does not change.

if i do not file N336 and accept the denial, what happens to my green Card? Will they take any action if N 366 is not filed

If you file the N336, there is an additional fee of $725 I believe. This is the appeal of the decision of the Immigration Officer (USCIS) using evidence to counter his decision. There is about a 30 day window for appeal. Then the decision becomes final and you have resubmit AND pay the fee again for the N400.

However, if you don't share what was the reason for the denial, no one can help you if you should appeal of refile..

Depends why it was denied.
