Ours says "Issued" on the CEAC tracker. Now I am worried I will miss the courier :(

Why is it so scary to resign at your work?

Also for you:

Well, you definitely deserve better. If he gives you grief, I'd just peace out of there asap.

We got a notification that the passport had been picked up by the courier, so I am assuming it'll be Monday when they come. I'll be home, yay :)

We bought our plane tickets last night. I had hoped for a more direct flight, but my options were like 1) fly four hours east to Qatar and then 15 hours west to ATL 2) pay over $1,000/ticket.

So now we are flying to Portugal, then to Boston, then to ATL. Tickets were like $475 each for one way. Not bad.

Whooah. That is a heck of a deal!!!! Good on ya!!! I can't wait to hear about your POE. We are still waiting for a status change on our visa or for notification that it's been sent. Fingers crossed that it is soon.  I will post an update after I resign. Hopefully I am worrying about nothing.

Where did you book your tickets? Whenever I look for one way they are more expensive than returns

@D and T

Do you or someone knows or check what are the dates available in MAY for interviews in MONTREAL , CANADA 🇨🇦???

As far as I know, you can only check the available dates when you're booking your appointment on their Visa processing website.

I could be wrong, if so maybe someone who knows will check in?

From what I'm hearing around the site and the web, it seems like they're booking interviews about three weeks out.  :)

I know, it's been awful. We thought we'd have been well settled by now, maybe even be able to go home for a visit!

It should go faster once you get your NOA2 though.

It's been a long while since you got your RFE but your timeline doesn't say when you answered it. How long ago was that?

So here is a thing our RFE date says 30 January 2017 but we got in mail on February 6 in mail and then we sent back on 12 February and our usps tracker says its delivered there on 15 February 2018.

After that we didn’t received any updates regarding they have received it or what but after few days my fiance called uscis spoke to tier 2 they said they received rfe now they are reviewing our case and I don’t know what took them to review our case as long as it wasn’t to issue NOA2 or they are just enjoying giving few people NOA2 and rest of them should wait for 100 years 👎👎👎👎

I use ITA Flight Matrix and Google Flights to kind of triangulate the cheapest days. Google Flights is also good to kind of explore cities to see individual ticket prices and you can put them together kinda piecemeal if you want to try and get it as cheap as possible.
