everyone

Today was my interview it went ok ok but they didn’t approved my case yet, for some additional documents they put on hold and gave me the 221 g white slip

they wanted more documents like photo email, chat , video chat records, evidence of all ticket, hotel reservation which I have already submitted and carried with me during interview. I don’t have problem to submit all this again but most weird part is they ask for evidence that we have made plan for a wedding in th us like reservation with an officiant or court date, printed wedding invitations, a list of vendors and their contact information, receipts for wedding outfit and rings receipt and also they want list of planned wedding guests theirs relationships to us addresses and phone numbers hold on not finish notarized statements describing how we met each other and why did we decided to get married. Any ways we are willing to try this also but my question what if we booked every things they asked for In USA and we paid the token amount to everyone and my visa will not be approved by consular then we have to face huge loss..

anyone has asked to submit these type of evidence please do reply me back

Hmmm .. I haven't made a single wedding arrangement besides lining up a justice of the peace. We're probably just going to the Town Hall and have a party at our house ... What country are you dealing with .. your profile is practically blank!

Interview moved a week closer. Sending some fresh pay statements, just to keep things looking current.

Found that Fiancee Visa cases only get one case number. There was a little confusion in there regarding fiancee's daughter and whether we get two embassy case numbers or two.

Hi VJ's fam- I need help please. Do I pick the nonimmigrant visa or immigrant at the below website? I know it's a nonimmigrant process, but when we call NVC we choose the immigrant option so i'm a lil confused on this.

Thank you!

Such a long time in coming. We started filed in July 2017 and finally have an interview on September 19!

This took an insane amount of time for us. But finally an end in sight!

Congrats on getting to the interview stage.

I saw you got an rfe in February and got noa2 in June? When did you respond to the rfe and did you find out why it took them 4 months to get you noa2. It’s usually under 30 days and the longest I have seen until yours was 50 days for uscis response to rfe. Congrats again and best of luck on the interview!

We responded within a couple of weeks. No idea why it took so long. Hopefully everything else goes smooth from here on in. It's been a long time in coming
