Hello everyone,

My fiance/beneficiary will be starting the interview process tomorrow -medical exams, waiting for the results to be ready, consulate interview. For those that managed to do interview already (my i129f noa1 was 08/08/17), did you needed the original document of birth certificate of the applicant (American side of the couple, aka myself) along with all other documents/proof/etc??

Hi guys, I have been visiting my fiancée in WI, hence being MIA on here. I just wanted to swing by and see how everyone is doing with NOA2s?

Good news!
Seems they're cleaning out August
All those waiting a while like AnnaLucia and Absa got their approvals!!!!!!!

Hope you're enjoying WI!

August 3rd filer, NVC contacted me via email on may 21st to give me case ID and it told me they are expediting to the Seoul embassy. Its still in transit. Now do they automatically schedule the interview? Wen and I filled out and submitted her ds160 last night. So im waiting for her to get her packet in the mail before I do anything else. Plus we are still waiting on her police certificate from Korea and her birth certificate translations. Had hoped for an early June interview, but not likely to happen esp if the embassy schedules it and not us.

9 months in, more frustrated than ever lol. My case has been at the Montreal Consulate with status READY since May 8. I haven't heard a thing. Tried sending Packet 3, got an email back saying not to submit it until they tell me to. I waited a week, and submitted it again and haven't heard a word since. It's frustrating because some people hear back after just 3 days of status Ready. I find this part of the journey the most frustrating. So close, yet so far! Really hoping I hear something soon!

Hope you hear soon. I totally get that "so near yet so far" feeling!
