Hahaha. It's definitely me, yes. Except that I use a chrome extension to auto-refresh for me. 😅

Hey guys :

I have a question, my sponsor will be my fiance's mom cause my fiance is finishing his studies for now. It's necessary that he needs to fullfil the same format than his mom and present to the inteview both?

My fiance had past jobs and he has an account about savings and he has a car too, can we present those papers too?

thank you

I love the positivity. But keep in mind they just started working on March and still finishing out February. So I highly doubt they will be looking at all of our cases this week. Some of us still may not hear until October. Looks like by your date you will hopefully hear something soon! :)

The RFE was for not checking a box under the criminal history part, part 3 question 4a. Because I had answered NO to the questions above it I did not think I needed to complete that part. They have been telling us and our congresswoman that our security checks were pending for 8 months...no other answers. We filed a lawsuit after the one year mark for lack of response on our case and 6 weeks later received an RFE...all I can say is interesting timing! 🤔

I'm so sorry to hear this! I remember going over that form a million times and still overlooking boxes etc. As if the process is not complicated enough... jesus!

I’m not sure as I don’t need a sponsor how it all plays out. But believe sponsor would have to provide same info as petitioner would. Petitioner can show and and all things that prove benefituary won’t be a burden on the country.

Here is is a link that may assist u with ur question

Yes-
When you use a co-sponsor, your fiance and the co-sponsor must both fill out the application.

The link above is to the wrong Affidavit
Don't do I-864, that's for AOS
You need to do I-134- and bring along the supporting documents that go with it. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

Your specific embassy will usually tell you which documents they want for the interview

My understanding is that not every embassy looks at the same documents so when the time comes - so check with ur embassy
