WOAH!! Our Case Status just updated to "Card in Production"!!! We didn't receive any other updates since they sent the e-mail requesting evidence. We faxed on 6/27, and got the update today (14 days)!

Still Nothing. Case to expedite EAD got assigned on the 16/2 ...it has been over 100 days since I sent in the AOS :(. 

11/25/2017 - AOS Papers Sent

11/27/2017 - Package delivered by FedEx

12/07/2017 - NOA1's received in the mail

12/15/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/27/2017

12/22/2017 - Biometrics done I-485 & I-765 via Walk-In Brooklyn (done in under 15 Minutes)

02/14/2018 - Service Request to expedite my EAD put in via Hotline plus contacted my Congressman for help

03/13/2018 - EAD & AP approval Letters in the mail (106 days since filing)

03/15/2018 - EAD/AP Card in the mail <3

Got my lawyer to send in a request to expedite and also my congressman. Trying to reach the senator now.

Try Ombudsman and Congressman too. It does not hurt. Will take you just an extra hour. I reached out to all... not sure which one worked but it sure did.

My congressman is on it already. Trying to reach my senator. Will involve the ombudsman too.

Hi guys ! I'm in a similar scenario. Had my expedited request for EAD sent on 03/31/18. Then faxed over evidence/proof on 04/6/18. Since then I haven't heard anything from USCIS. It's been close to a month now. 

 

I contacted our local ombudsman today ! Hopefully I hear something from them. Need my card ASAP as I need to start my job.

Hi guys!

I'm in a bit of a predicament. My current EAD expires on June 4th 2018 and I don't have my new EAD yet. Its been 119 since I filled for AOS as well as for the employment authorization. If I don't get the new EAD by June 4th, I will loose my job which is critical because its our main source of income and the income used to file the AOS.

I want to know how long did it take between the time you called to request the Expedite of EAD and the time you had your EAD in hand?

Hey! Since you got your EAD expedited. How log did it take you from submitting evidence (via fax) to then getting a response? It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything.
