Embassy online appointment schedule only letting me choose one date April 2 !!! all other dates grayed out unavailable. anyone else run into this issue?

Yes! it happened to me with indian embassy only date i could pick in my first go was june 1 now all of a sudden april 06 and 27 poped up 

whats the closest dates its giving you on the left side of the screen?

but if medical is scheduled for this Friday the 23rd is that enough time to get the medical stuff and then take to interview in such a short time frame?

i guess it will be fine but im not sure how it works for manila ive not scheduled my medical yet im getting anxious

it isn't in manila , its in Taiwan. ait reviews say at least 3 weeks before, however the only date I can choose is April 2

ohh im sorry my bad. ask in the country portal maybe youll get more answers  i like taiwaniese food (especially momos)

isn't a Taiwan portal on here, just a general "asia" section and most people don't frequent that section and questions will go unanswered, been there done that. I sent an email to my lawyer just now, let him call the embassy and schedule the interview.

Our case still says "In transit' its been 6 days now... should I contact Embassy or NVC? or were still within time frame

I am not familiar with packet's 1 and 2 but packet 3 is what normally is referred to as the "Embassy Letter" which contains all the document requirements and next steps after you have received your case number. Your embassy either mails it to the beneficiary or they will email it to them. Packet 4 is the notification that your ready to schedule your interview appointment which is normally used for the 1CR visa (married visa) not for K-1 (fiancée visa). Each Embassy works differently so advise if you can go to your VJ sub-forum and someone there can share the letter with you ahead of time. Sometimes you will find it on your Embassy website. You might want to visit your Embassy website for "what's next" answers.

If you check each day you will see date pop up and those are usually dates that someone has canceled. The scheduling for May may not be open yet that is why you are seeing the dates grayed out. Keep checking until you find a date that works for you. Good luck.

what happens if the medical documentation isn't ready by the time the interview date? still attend the interview without the medical?
