Hey guys,

It's been over 2 weeks since our (horrible!) interview, and we still haven't received an RFE or NOID in the mail. Is that normal? Should it be here by now? I'm a bit worried because have been notified by both a credit card company and my mom that *some* of our mail has been returned as undeliverable, but I have also been receiving some mail just fine. I've never had an issue with receiving USCIS mail either (so I know they have the correct address). I tried calling them to ask them if they tried mailing us anything, but all I have been getting is automated responses. Any advice?

Do they give you a USPS tracking number for EAD? Does someone have to be home to recieve it? Just wodering so we don't miss the card :)

Hi KB2015

They didnt give me a number. The email notification said there was no number available so I just had to wait.

You dont have to be home to receive the letter so dont worry.

Hope you get your card soon!

I had an *horrible* interview as well. My case finally got updated a month later. Im guessing they need to take time to “investigate” or dobackground check, name check etc to make decision. After interview, I was handed out a paper stating they had 120 day period to make any decision. So stay put. You can try to call to check with ur status but they might say the same thing.

Good morning all. I am a feb filed but it was sent in Jan. Had biometrics in March then nothing.  Allied two weeks ago and was told we are outside the time lines so they put in a service request. Was told I’ll hear something in two weeks. I got a letter over the weekend consisting of an RFI. Claiming I didn’t submit proof of income level, employment letter, tax returns for 2017 and bank statements. I did as I have a copy of everything. Feels like someone is covering their butt and claiming I messed up. Anyone know how long after resubmitting the requested items it takes to hear back. The RFI is just for the AOS and said nothing about AP and EAD. Not sure if everything is in limbo now or what. Any insight is much appreciated.

So after being all excited about finally having my greencard , I went to try and renew my drivers license again.

Aaaaaand they couldn't verify me through SAVE. Said my name was wrong. They then tried my maiden name. Still says wrong.

I desperately need to go to Social Security to update my name and have the work condition taken off it, but I know they use SAVE too, so I tried calling the SAVE hotline this morning... and apparently the entire system is down with no timeline of when it will be working again.

I have a job interview on Friday and desperately need to be able to drive and prove my ability to work! Everything sucks right now.
