I have a question, so once I get the MNL case number, how soon can we schedule an interview and medical? Is there usually a wait to get an embassy interview? And should we wait for CFO until after interview since they need the passport and visa for sticker?

I gave you this information a page back. Everything you are asking is contained in that response. Now it's your turn to do some reading as I have provided all the information needed to complete your visa at USEM. Your wasting time sitting and waiting for something you don't have to wait for to get to the Embassy. By the time you complete everything contained in my earlier reply the file will be at USEM ready for your interview. Trust the process.

You should be able to submit a service request since you are now outside of normal processing times.  At least according to their site you should be able to.

You can also use our e-request tool to ask questions about your case, including if your case is outside normal processing times, you didn’t receive your card or notice in the mail, or your card or document has a mistake.

Thank you. I called and submitted a service request and was told that i should hear something in 30 days for the request.

Hi,

If you are the Petitioner - it doesn’t matter if you are out of US. Call USCIS, try and speak to a Tier 2 officer n place a service request with CSC.

If you have already done that try contacting the Ombudsman or your state Senators or Congressmen ( although they hardly help no harm in trying)

Ask someone to keep a check on your US postal mail - you might have got something in mail (sign up for informed delivery on USPS.com)

There is nothing you can do if you are the beneficiary - USCIS responds only to the primary applicant i.e the petitioner.

If you hvae done all this - there is nothing more you can do , sorry to say.

Just sit tight.

I myself am at Day 214 and have heard nothing. I am the beneficiary though my Fiance is doing everything.

I am the petitioner and currently out of US but i called and submitted a request.

Thank you for the information.

I am literally on the stage where I have given up on checking the status everyday. 😒

NOA 2: 08 September 2018

Distance is no demon,

Often I think it can be a blessing for those in love,

a silent, underappreciated blessing.

It will have no power over us.

When you come stumbling to my door after months, with flowers and wine in hand,

I will be ready.

When I pick you up from the airport, the feeling will be unmatched,

that feeling like birds bursting in song from beneath my lungs,

that feeling unlike any other.

We have to stay strong and remember what is most important;

I love you, and you, me.

The air between us is nothing but a metaphor.

Nothing, not one thing, can come between us.
