I call the normal way and type in my case #. After the recording says it's normal about my current status of my case, I press option 3 to speak with a rep. Tier 1 comes on the phone with their normal "reading from the script" mess. After they do all their verification, they will ask you if have a pending inquiry, tell them you don't. Then, after they ask how they can help, simply say, the processing chart has updated again as of last week (last Tuesday), which now shows that as of November 30th, you guys are processing cases up to June 27th which still put your case outside of normal processing and you would like a status update. After Tier 1 does their "normal scripted' jargon, explain to them that you are requesting your call be escalated  and you want to speak with a Tier 2 rep. Depending on the Tier 1 rep, they might try to give you some push back but keep being forceful. Tell them that you understand that you have to wait for them to call you back and you want to be transferred so you can be put into their callback queue. But keep informing them that your case is way outside of normal processing you need an updated status and need your call escalated.

Being stern and forceful is the way to go! Good luck!

This, exactly this!

I called last week and was polite but stern about speaking to a Tier II agent. They put me through and my NOA1 receive date is June 27th, right on the cusp. The tier I kept telling me that my case was under normal processing times, but I politely restated my request a few times until he put me through. I was given a wait time of 60 mins and they called me back in 90 mins or so.

I didn't get much information from the Tier II agent but he did put a request in for me. My case had been assigned but no work had been done on it yet. I was told to wait a few weeks for a response.

Try again, if I can get through, so can you!

LOL...

The only ones that are still waiting are me, @JohnAna05823, @Maria1989, @TeeSam, and I think @NateAndJessica.

Just the lonesome 5 squad! Hopefully, something "magical" will happen this week. @JohnAna05823...I put my bet on you being the next to get your approval since you're the only one that actually has had their case "touched" and reviewed" once!

Good luck to all of you! It's just very unfair that this is happening to you. I'm a late June filer and it's tough to see USCIS move on to cases in August, but I can't imagine what I would feel like if I didn't see any updates for another month. Wish all of you the best!

Good luck  @JohnAna05823, @Maria1989, @TeeSam @Trinab80 @NateAndJessica!!!!

Checked CEAC tracker working now and FYI here is the status screen one day after the embassy interview yesterday saying 'issued'.

Saw this screen for the first time after status was being 'ready'.

Just finished my interview in Montreal and was approved! Will be posting my review a little later.

Good luck to those still waiting. This is definitely a marathon, not a sprint!

Hi SJ1024!

May I know if you already got your visa? If not, do you already have the tracking number?

I am asking because you had your interview last Wednesday and you were approved. I have been waiting for my passport and sealed visa packet since I got a reply to my Public Inquiry last Feb. 02, Friday, that it has been sent thru courier service but until now no tracking number has been given. I already checked at Canada Post and they told me that it has not been picked up from the Consulate yet since no tracking number has been assigned yet. I wonder what’s going on?

Hi. I haven't gotten anything as yet. They told me it could take 1-2 weeks to recieve my tracking number/visa so let's see. I haven't been able to check my status as the CEAC site is still down 😞

Hello!

Thanks for the prompt reply. Just so frustrating that we have waited so long, more than a year since we submitted the application, then we finally got a reply that it has been sent thru the courier service when in fact it’s still in the Consulate.

While for you this process has been a marathon, for us it has been a walkathon.😊

Good luck!

Hi! I've got a question about the i134. The embassy provided an OLD i134 for us to fill out - I asked, and they said to fill out the new one. Fine, no problem. However, the instructions that they provided state that they need "a statement from an officer of a bank regarding his or her account, the date the account was opened, and the present balance". The new form states that they ALSO want the total amount deposited for the past year.

My issue - my banks are being very difficult about putting together a letter that includes the total amounts deposited. Does anyone have any advice here on what their letters included (or didn't) that were acceptable?

Thanks!

Do you have an online banking account? I think you can print out most of the information.

I do, but then that wouldn't be a statement from an officer at a bank, just the website, no?

My bank, Wells Fargo, has a standard letter that they put together stating when the account was opened and how much money is currently in the account. I asked for them to put the info that is requested on the I-134 form but they wouldn’t since they already have a standard letter. I also printed out all of my bank statements for two years. I would assume most banks have a policy similar to what Wells Fargo has.
