Hey guys, petitioner letter of intent for the interview, scanned copy should be ok?

Scanned and signed should be fine.
Be sure it is dated.

You could also add that your NOA 2 is now approved and you still intend to marry.

Add name and/or place of wedding if you want.

We got our case number!!!!!!  Jst now omg finally!!!

Noa2 oct 30th

@BCILUWAMH if you check the case status on CEAC https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

Do you put your NVC number on INMMIGRANT or NONINMMIGRANT visa? Which one works for you? Right know I'm losing my s _ _ _ because if I check it I cant put it out on NONIMMIGRANT visa and I did understand that  K1 was a NONIMMIGRANT. Soooo.... I only check it on IMMIGRANT and it says:

"Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. You can also find these instructions online at http://nvc.state.gov (English) and http://nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish). You will find contact information for NVC at http://nvc.state.gov/ask."

It does seem like a AOS/NVC stage because of the visa interview and NVC has received all the required items and I'm freaking out.

People that have already received the NVC number, does it happen to you?

This process has been so tiring that right now I'm overthinking EVERYTHING and I'm always aware of possible things going wrong.

Approved October 30th. No number yet from NVC. Called NVC and the man told me that he had a similar scenario where someone had been waiting this long and finally got a USCIS officer to admit that their case had only been sent over a week prior. I then called USCIS and they were "unable to tell me if it had been sent to NVC yet". I find it odd how some officers have access to this information and some dont....or are they not willing to disclose it? OR do they really have no idea what they are looking for!?

I believe they probably just don't want to disclose it...Now the real question is WHY they're sending cases approved more than a month ago just now? Has anyone tried to reach Tier 2 and ask about this?

Lol yes, and he was very short and sarcastic with me. They are hostile way more than they are helpful.
