Just waited. I thought of calling but as I read from other people experience who did call, they did not get any update by phone.

Thanks for information.

What do they mean by non pilot forms? I130 says it'll be between 7.5 and 9.5 months which is more than the 6-7 months projected earlier this year...

Anyone call USCIS today?. I was informed during the 2 calls today that the transfer system is down and I cannot get to the second level supervisor. I was instructed to call back before 6 pm today.

I have called both the main USCIS number.

It will take about 30 days and you will receive a letter from NVC that they received your approved petition and give you steps on how to begin applying for the visa.

I'm really getting depressed now as haven't heard nothing and now tired of seeing the same old msg about case received since last 7 months....dont know what to do at this point but this is really stressing me out.  :(

I got same pd date as you but i am at nebraska i think how the new webpage works now is that you will get the noa before your date is shown and when your date is shown then you will get your application complete. A bit difficult to explain in words but most people should be getting noa 2 by next month but i could be wrong

You're not alone - we're 09/29... it's frustrating seeing the expected timeline from TSC go backwards
