Haha, well -- to be completely honest, I'm not that patient. But I'm currently working 80-hour weeks and have no time to think about USCIS! If I did, I would be rechecking the application all day. My fiancé on the other hand is genuinely patient.

Hey, mine is also visiting me (in 25 days)! I'm excited. :) Always nice to have something to look forward to.

Ahhh our countdown is 32 days :) I love the countdowns - but at the same time I can't wait to stop having these countdowns and just stop worrying about booking the next flight and so on! Any fun plans while he's visiting?

wow you do work a lot! :o I keep telling myself - whatever makes time go by quicker! I am already cleaning out my apartment, trying to sell things I don't need and all that good stuff. I try to prepare now while waiting, so I don't go crazy (and don't have to rush once it gets rolling hihi)

Hey, our countdown is 25 days too! :) My fiancé was excited until he realized the November average of sun hours where I live in Sweden is two. Two hours! He feels betrayed. I think we may have to go somewhere very warm over Christmas to make up for this haha.

I'm cleaning out/selling as well, good to know I'm not the only one! The first months of next year will be super busy with work on my part, so I might as well just do it now. It's also an eye opener because I can't remember when in the world I got all this stuff?! Or why ;) I agree countdowns are bittersweet. I have installed a days until/days since app on my phone, but keep thinking there's something wrong with it because there's always such few days passed since NoA1 and so many left until NoA2.

Hi & welcome! :) NoA2 before Christmas would be the dream! I suspect they'll let waiting times sit for a while at 5-6 months before they drop them to three again, but I might be wrong. At least we're one calendar month away from applying now though :jest:

My fiance is Danish. We got our NOA1 September 7th. It looks like a few of you will end up in Stockholm around the same time as her! I plan on trying to fly out there for the interview, but depending on the timing I may not be able to make it because of work. Anyway... good luck to everyone!

Oh great! That's very sweet of you, I'm sure that would make her happy. I'm spoiled with not having to travel very far for the interview, but if I had to go abroad to do it I know I'd appreciate company. I'm sure both of you are most capable of doing your own research, but should you have any questions further down the line regarding traveling to Stockholm or finding your way around the city, just let me know! :) Good luck!

Sadly I think this will be the loooooongest winter ever....

I already prepared myself with some "tasks" as sewing aprons (as goodbye gifts for all my friends), selling things I don't need, have cook outs with friends and so on.... lol

Good luck to everyone who has just joined :) I may have already said this here but thought it would be good to reiterate to all the newbies.

Please try to mentally prepare yourself for a 5-6 month wait for your NOA2, anything sooner will be a pleasant surprise. We originally though it would be 3 months and we would have our NOA2 in July which did not happen and it made the waiting even harder!

Hey September filers!  I mailed the 129f via USPS so I sent it to the Dallas Lockbox and received my NOA1 from the WAC/Laguna Nigel/California Service Center.  With that being said I want to make sure I enter the timeline correctly but I'm confused on a couple things.

1) When I try to choose lockbox on my timeline Dallas is not an option--do I put the Texas Service Center?

2) My NOA1 was addressed from the California Service Center --does that mean I have been transferred to them? Or do I need to wait for an official letter saying it has been transferred like I have read other people have received?

Thanks and good luck everyone!

Д .... lol

Every day I want to stop when I go to Igor's list ... but I can not, I'm terribly not patient.

However, these people who have registered here. and when they ran out of questions, they stopped publishing information, such as Hola and Amigo:alien:, for example.

But I'm very happy that my fiancé understands that his future wife (I'm:energy:) does not have the patience genetically, and therefore we will meet in December in Malaysia, so I'm happy already from this.:goofy:

Lockbox is not included in the timeline, just the Service Center. Since your case has been sent to California for processing, that's what you have to put there. It's not a transferred case, it's going to be processed at CSC from the start, Dallas was just the lockbox that receives cases.
