Good morning everyone :) My fiancé and I are on day 92 now, which means that if my estimation is correct, we just passed half of the waiting time for NoA2 :jest: Since there are some NVC struggles at the moment, I should probably realistically push up my interview date about a month or so, but I'm waiting it out a bit to see if this is the new normal for NVC or just an anomaly.

I feel really good actually. I've been busy at work and will be even more busy soon, which definitely helps. What are people's plans for Christmas and New Year´s by the way? :)

Wow, it doesn't look too bad on your screenshot! Let's hope it's the true timing. Well, maybe about 1 month plus :)

We're going to meet in Finland for a week (Dec.29-Jan.5). Counting days and hours and minutes :) what are your plans? Do you see each other?

No, I know right? :)

Oh that's nice! Where in Finland are you going? I've only ever been to Helsinki over the day. But some people who go to the north like to take pictures of the northern lights. It can be pretty cool. Depending on where you live in Russia, I suppose you may have already seen the lights though.

My fiancé and I will be seeing each other too, next week :D  We just made a dinner reservation for New Year's Eve, but I still haven't figured out a Christmas gift.

It's called How Many Days :) I like to look at this because it makes the whole thing feel more tangible. Even though of course my estimates may be wrong.

Hope both of you are doing well! ^_^

We're just staying in Helsinki. Tickets to Finland were the cheapest for both of us. Actually there were some cheap tickets to Stockholm as well, but I was there once and thought Helsinki might be cheaper about accommodation and stuff. Even though I'm totally in love with Sweden and Swedish :) Where in Sweden do you live? And where do you see each other this time?

I've never seen the northern lights. I live in the central part of Russia, and the landscapes are pretty boring here haha

@LizM Thanks! Got the app downloaded now :)

We're doing okay for now. A bit excited and anxious for my upcoming trip to go see him in January. We have been apart for 1.5 years.

While we are excited, but we will also be using this visit to see if we're still good for each other or have we grown apart.

Needless to say, that's causing some anxiety. And then.. there's this stupid process.

I can only hope for the best and live each day as it is.

I hope you and your fiance will have a great time spending the holidays together!
