No I called them, my NOA2 was the 27th Jan. It took 16 days.

Mine was, too.  Going to call them tonight and hope my case is there as well!

(General comment: I personally have never called USCIS, so I have no means of comparison, but I have to say, even when NVC people are giving me bad news, they are ridiculously friendly and polite.  Makes the "sorry, we don't have your case yet" easier to bear!)

Called NVC today, following the instructions I found in this thread. They gave me my NVC case number and an invoice ID number. The guy said that I would need both. He also told me that my case was still at NVC and not ready for interview yet. I went to the CEAC website to put in my NVC number and it confirmed what he said -- my status is  "At NVC".

Hi everyone!!!💛

My fiancé had called today to NVC and they said him that our case was received on Friday))) Yay)

One step closer!😊 I'm so excited!

But soon my fiancé will kill me)))) Right now I'm not patient at all😅  And torture him like that donkey from Shrek))))

-"Is anything I'm a mail?"

-"And now? And now? Where is our case number? Why so long?"😅😅😅😅

Thanks God he is VERY patient))))

Girls! Recognize yourself?😅😜🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi Guys,

My name is James i am new to this forum, i have just discovered that there is a section for july 2017 I-129F filers (cant believe i did not get onto this sooner!!)

I am an Australian male with a fiancè and son in Wisconsin patiently awaiting my arrival.

The whole visa situation is a bit of a grey area for me, so ill try my best.

We filed our I-129F in early July 2017 and our case was received on July 17 by USCIS.

We have not heard anything since then. Are there many people in our situation? has anyone been approved yet?

Also how much longer can we expect to wait until i can be in America with my family?(just so we can mentally prepare ourselves) we were hoping to be together by now another two months will be extremely hard on us, as i imagine it would be on anyone else waiting for approval.

many thanks!!!

James.

My case was received on 7/21 and I still have not heard anything either...stressful!!

Hi everyone... just an update on the NOA2.

Today we received the NOA2 hard copy and the notice date was 02/07/2018, though the online status received on 2/9 said it was approved on 2/8.

Thank you all for your insights... now it's time for NVC

No not done that yet! I’m going to the GP tomorrow anyway so I’m going to get my jabs booked! What about your fiancé? Has he?

Btw I’ve decided to go for it. I have a councillor who I’ve been speaking to. She said most people regret chances not taken than those did. If things dont work out then they won’t. Anything can happen to anyone :). I’m just going to live for the now and make decisions in the future for the ‘nows’ then! Thanks for speaking to me you’re awesome xo

I know, the bloke I just spoke to was so friendly, even though he was telling me they don't have my case yet.  Said congratulation as well a couple of times.
Fingers crossed it will be there soon for all of us.

K-1 visas don't have priority dates. I've heard some people putting either their NOA1 or NOA2 dates on there (I forgot, but it doesn't really matter which, 'cause they'll know that K-1 doesn't truly have a priority date).

Alright. Thank you so much for the info. 😊

I also called NVC today, and received my NVC case number, invoice ID number, and a beneficiary id number.  Not sure what all of those are, but I got them written down.  On the CEAC site, mine also says "At NVC".  My NOA2 was 1/31.
