yes, I see that om October 18th, they say that Bona Fide relationships will not be considered for a VISA. My fiance is going for a K1 visa and she is from IRAN. No where in the Text does it say that Fiance visa is an exemption from the travel ban? Plesae clarify.

Correct - the current language does not include these exceptions. That said, the 2.0 ban didn't either until SCOTUS required them to make those exceptions.

I believe the late addition of fiancé/es to the 2.0 ban was a DHS decision. Grandparents, cousins, and others were later added by court decisions.

I am also having the same issue , but I already had my interview , waiting for my case to be current in October, I dont know if I can drop my passport during this time, will the embassy issue visa before 18th October ?

OH great!!   Another potential barrier. This should'n't be surprising since the patriot act was put in to place 2 administrations ago. This is encompassing all green card holders and naturalized citizens (See detail).

At this point I think it's more likely that he did it because he saw a message in his bowl of Cheerios.
