Hi guys, me and my husband received a letter from USCIS that our cases are transfered to NBC (National Benefit Center) for scheduling an interview. (Our Service Center is Texas we also filed our cases in June 2017). Does anyone know how many days after receiving NBC letter takes until we get interview letter?

What is the normal waiting time to get interview letter after receiving NBC letter?

(We live in Maryland)

Thanks

Hey Raydamon,

Any update on your application? Have you tried contacting your congressman, or other options? What USCIS tell you in regard to the delay?

Thanks

My i-485 status changed to " At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case". Omg this is devastating.

No worries! It's a glitch in the system. Try to create an account on the new version of the website https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov, it is working.

My case has been last updated on September 12. 2017 saying ready to schedule for interview. I tried to check my status this morning and it is giving me an error message. Called USCIS, the guy said they will have to call me back. I am frecking out, please has anyone has this same experience. Please reply

My i485 was filed in June, 2017

We had the same thing happen to us. I was transferred to a level two USCIS representative and she said it was a system glitch. I have also seen a lot of people's status change to interview scheduled after the error message goes away.
