Im not sure if I’d pass the medical because I don’t know the full details of what they would ask and then also what they would b able to check out on medical systems/networks in my area. 

First off, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. My mother went through breast cancer, so I am familiar with what goes on.

I'm pretty sure that cancer would not affect your medical in anyway. I believe they are looking for diseases you could transmit to another person. Is there anyway you could continue treatment here in the states?

haha, still dancing a few hours later!! am about to start and finish it tomorrow!! it takes NVC some time to get it, right? I think at least it will take them until the 27th of Nov. Tho i will call on the 24th to see if they got a number for me since I heard minimum is 3 days for them to get it and generate a number for me

I just realized, it was impossible for me to show up on @Shoegum's scan because he didn't do one on November 11th.  I'm sure it's because it was a Saturday and a Holiday, but someone at USCIS was working overtime because that's the date on my approval.  

It cant show on @shoegum 's  because they didn't updated it. Thats why. Congratulations!

So @Shoegum 's file has over 4k cases in it. There are far less people here on this forum. Where the rest came from?

29746 May 15th filer here....CASE WAS APPROVED !  Yehaw!  'do a lil dance...get down tonight.....ooo ooo ohh'...187Days in NOA1HELL now on tho the lickety split time frames of the NVC...lol.

 

Question..i can fill out the ds-160 now and save it ..but cant file it untill i get a case number from NVC is that correct? so when do we make med and interview appointments?

 

To all those still waiting.....eat my dust.....LOL as i crawl over into the NVC waiting line.  LOL

 

But seriously,  to those of you still waiting....dont  let it get you all worked up and let the process drive you crazy....that would deprive your fiance' of the fun in doing that themselves.LOL

I think @Shoegum got them on the uscis app, there you can scan your case and it shows you similar cases I129F or others. But if your case get approved and uscis dont update it will show on the cases that are untouched  (he just present us the total number, not a detail of those) i dont know if I explained that correctly  (Im not a native English speaker)

We are May 23rd filers, I never got an email or text, my case status online still says received,  and I never showed up in any of @Shoegum's scans.

 

NOA2 is dated November 11th (Veteran's Day).

 

Keep the faith everyone.  It will truly come when you least expect it.

 

 

I'm leaving to visit my fiancé tomorrow for one week and this is a great feeling!

He has called the USCIS and basically the girl he was talking to had poor English and didn’t understand what he was really talking about, so he asked to speak to her supervisor and got cut off. So he’s calling them back again to try harder and not take no for an answer! 

I understand it’s a complicated situation, so if anyone can give us any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated🙂

If you don't get it updated on their official website it won't update on the scans. 

 

But it it doesn't matter when we do the scan if they updated it, it will show up in the next scan with the date it has been updated. 

 

As I repeat before guys, These are not information you can't get by yourself. If you see it online we see it here, if you don't we don't 😊

 

But the the most important thing here is your congratulations 😊😊😊😊
