Guys, the CEAC tracker says my case is Ready. So now, can I just go ahead and set up my interview appointment or do I wait for them to get in touch with me first? I could probably also email them to ask about my case. Idk. Help!! @Noonymoon What did you do? Which embassy is your interview going to be in?

That people used the wrong form (i.e i-129) or an even older form than the one we were all using before April 10th. This one was good till mid June, so you are fine

They should have already rejected your form at the lockbox if it had been the wrong one.

Thank you. We got approved ☺😘

There is a mail 16 filed at the end of May after 31st.

In numberings like this, sometimes a number gets used, only to later realize that wasn't valid. And because there was no validity in it they may reuse the number only. Or so many more other things. So please look at the wac number order not the dates. I really don't think dates mean anything. But having an order (mostly)

what does excluded mean?

The ones that are not included in either pending or approved. Which are cases such as rejected,  withdrawn etc. things that are not included in our wait.

What would we do without you seriously :)

get some good rest and let's hope you wake up (me too actually) to 150 approvals!

does anybody know what time the WAC(k) center closes in the pm? or what's usually the time they update the latest approvals/REFs?

While doing this I realized "wait I'm literally doing the same thing at work" I'm pretty sure my boss would want me to work with as much enthusiasm :D if only I had more efficient data. We could literally forecast everything. How late it will be or how much times will change....

but I'm on it... in my case September is a looooong wait for now so I'll analyze the heck out of this 😂

My Congresswoman told me that USCIS told her that i got a RFE :( better than nothing i guess. Where my rfe personnel? Any tips on this? Oh and I haven't received it, they mailed it to me on the 19th but it never showed on any updates. I guess it's gonna take a while living in Hawaii. Good news is my Congresswoman pushed to expedite my case due to military deployment :D

I have had an RFE is not too bad to be honest. Delayed me by 15 days. Let me know if you have any questions regarding it when you find out what it is for! You should be receiving it in the mail soon.

Here is my timeline with the RFE:

September 25th: email notification and tracker update

September 28th: Received hard copy in the mail (mailed it back same day)

September 29th: email notification and tracker update that USCIS has received the response

October 10th: NOA2 notice date

If there is anything you can think of that you would have gotten an RFE for I can recommend preparing it in advance so you can send it back more quickly!

Congrats on the Expedite!

I'm awake and I need 100 more approved cases... why uscis never listens to me is beyond outrageous!

on the other hand I'll check the April again tonight and maybe they actually put the efforts in there... or at least somewhere...
