Congrats on your GC. I was looking your timeline and saw that you received your EAD fairly fast, did you expedite it or it was trough the normal waiting process?

Hi! We didn't  expedite any part of the process. It was just normal waiting throughout the entire process. :)

Still waiting for that appointment date. It's been 170 days since we filed (no RFEs) and 119 days since my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
I know NY is baclogged BUT we just found out I'm pregnant (yay) and now I'm afraid that they'll give me an appointment around my due date. Ugh.

Any March filers in the NYC-area?  Our case on the I-485 still says "Fingerprint fee received," and on the I-130 "Petition was received."

When I spoke to them about my EAD/AP they said it looked like it was ready for interview but that status has not changed and that was two months ago that I spoke to an officer.  What kind of notices/updates did people get that their case was getting proceesed?

Thanks!

It has been 100+ days since that change and still don't have an interview date though :o

NYC here as well. I just spoke to a Tier 2 officer yesterday who said there are no notes on my file indicating that I will need an interview. But also nothing about possibly getting a waiver.

My status is still stuck on fingerprint fee received since March 3rd.
