Hi, I am in a very very strange position. My Cr1 interview is coming is two weeks. Today i got the Medical exam report done by Panel Physician three days ago. i placed the report in the room where i was staying with friends. one of my university friend came when i was out for dinner. he came and ripped off the report and started reading it. i was instructed to get this report sealed to the interview. i could not find any information regarding this on internet. i am too scared what will happen. anyone please help me or i will get a stroke......

Can you go back to the place where had your medical done and get them to reseal it? I wouldn't risk arriving at your interview or POE with it opened.

i have been reading different immigration forums like this from last year. i have not read a single case like me who has gone through this thing. there is simply no clue. what if they charge me with a criminal act or something and stop my immigration process forever

What a ***** "friend" you have! ....

Call the medical place and talk to them as soon as possible.

Valuable lesson.  Do not leave important, sensitive documents out in the open for others to tamper with.  Put them in a secure, out of the way, hidden place.

Doubt they would charge you with a criminal act.  Contact the medical facility and explain it was mistaken for a piece of mail and unwittingly opened.  Ask if they could possiblly reseal it.

Just call and ask them that you need another copy of the medical report.

I am sure you are not willing to give up being with your spouse for the small amount of money if any for another medical exam or for another copy of the medical exam.

InshaAllah Allah will make everything easy for you.

There have been lots of stories here about people whose medical envelope got opened for one reason or another. It's not a crime, you'll be fine. Just call the medical place and tell them what happened. I'm sure it's a question they get frequently.

You would think (hope?) they keep these sort of things on file, and would be able to provide one for you without another medical. That being said, if it's anything like Knightsbridge (UK medical facility) I wouldn't expect any exorbitant level of competency.

All you can do is ask though! Good luck!

Sounds like a jealous friend maybe trying to screw up your chance at a trip to America. Was he drunk?
