At the very least I'd inquire about what the current waiting time, if any, for a medical appointment.  If it is a couple week wait, just schedule now.  You could always reschedule if need be.

05/26/17 - Case left NVC, status 'In Transit'

05/30/17 - Medical

05/31/17 - Consulate received 

07/13/17 - Interview, APPROVED!

07/21/17 - Visa in hand

07/22/17 - POE Newark, successful

08/02/17 - Married

08/23/17 - AOS filed (incl. EAD and AP)

08/31/17 - NOA1 date on AOS packet

09/21/17 - Biometrics appt

10/16/17 - Online tracker says 'Ready for Interview'

11/09/17 - EAD and AP approved

Just finished scan and yes the numbers you got are correct ... that's disappointing waiting ppl for sure :/

It's sad that we have to accept this type of performance, sure they will have days of training, but this seems like a more serious issue that needs to reprimanded.

 

So many of us January filers are waiting for some type of response.

 

 i can't believe it's already up to 110 days since my NOA 1 and how we have to accept status quo.

Yeah it's kind of scary not knowing what's going on. It seems strange to have 2 RFE focused days in a row, and even at that not a whole lot of RFEs were even sent out. You would think that approvals would be easier and faster for them to work through. Well all we can do at this point is to keep waiting. Hopefully the CSC makes up for the past few days by working extra hard today haha

Here's hoping, but that's also what I was assuming would happen yesterday! It worries me that we've had 2 days in a row of this pattern...

i wonder what is going on at CSC. In previous weeks at least there were a few touched cases here and there. But there has been no activity at all for Feb filers in the last two days, like 0 touched cases!
