Hello Patty, I just gol my Number, today I got the confirmation they have my papers, but When I write my reciept number in the page USCIS I have a Message my Number is wrong, did you got your number?

Hey Milyta, it will take a bit until your WAC number works for the tracking afyer you just got it per email. After you got the hard copy, it will work for sure. Patience is the key here for sure ... even to have the tracking  - nothing will will be showed until they really touch your case.

Hi mb - I can relate since my first trip to the Philippines I went the eastern route on Emirates and that took me almost 40 hours.  I'm returning to the Philippines in March traveling on EVA and my travel time to Manila is just over 20 hours not taking into consideration my flight from Ft. Lauderdale to JFK that adds an additional 2.5 hours.  I have another short connection to Iloilo from Manila.

I'll never travel on Emirates again to the Philippines because of the very long travel time and 8 hour layover in Dubai.  Where is your fiance from?

I am heading back to Manila in March as well. She is from Southern Leyte but living in Manila..I fly to Boston then take JAL to Tokyo and then to Manila...not much in layovers but the 14 hour flight from Boston to Narita is rough....I learned last time JAL is a great way to go...enjoyed the service and extra legroom

01/12/17 – I-129F mailed
01/17/17 – Delivered to lockbox

01/20/17 - NOA1

01/27/17 – I-797C arrived via USPS

05/05/17 - NOA2

I'm leaving FLL for JFK on March 9th with an :30 HR flight on the 10th to Taipei then off to Manila.  Safe travels my friend and enjoy your time with your fiance.  Since we are both in the same time period maybe we can help each other to get through this process.  There are a group of men here in West Palm Beach that I have connected with who have married Filipino woman.  Like this forum they have been a great resource and support group for me.  All the best!!!

No it should say I-130 if you filed for spousal K3. Once you receive the hard copy of your NOA1 you should call them in case its wrong there too. Good luck and keep us updated ;)

i Just updated the country on my VJ profile cause I noticed it says "country emigrating from". I am currently a development worker in Tajikistan, though my native country is Finland :) And to make matters more inconvenient, US embassy here doesn't do immigrant visas, so I'll be flying to Almaty, Kazakhstan for my interview in the distant future!

I always happy to see all the progress and new info from all the VJ . I think USCIS is almost done with the November 2016 filers now.

I've read on November filers someone who got NOA1 on 11/28 , just got NOA2 and Geowryan will update soon.

If USCIS always works fast like this, that means it won't take any longer for December 2016 and January 2017 filers to get Noa2.

Yeay!:dance::dancing:

This week, Geowrian said that they're a little over 40% done with November filers.  They are jumping around a lot with their approvals.  Hoping for NOA2's for all of the November, December and January filers soon! :)

Realistically speaking, how long do y'all think it will take before we get our NO2. My friend filed in August and her fiancé came to the states in mid-November. I don't think we will be a lucky. How do y'all not relieve the stress? Because I feel like my anxiety levels and stress levels are through the roof!

I don't know a realistic timeline.  It has been 86 days since we sent in our petition and 84 days since our receipt date.  There are still around 900 untouched k1 petitions that were submitted before ours.  However, a few cases after ours have already been approved, so the CSC isn't working cases in exactly chronological order.  This has probably been the toughest week so far, since we know that we could be approved any day, or we could still be waiting for weeks.

We are trying to find positive ways to relieve the stress.  I find that it helps to stay busy, so I have been going to the gym, doing projects around my house, and putting more hours into the small business I run in addition to my regular job.  We are planning a vacation to Mexico together this spring, which I think will really help a lot.  Depending on where we are in this whole process, we may have a "no talking about the visa during this vacation" rule.

Hoping for fast processing times for everyone here. :)

I hope you get approved tomorrow! I filed in January and I don't know what to do with myself. I found this website and it is a huge support system. I read it all the time and it helps. I hope you have a wonderful time on your vacation!

Thank you!  We are really looking forward to a vacation after the stress of the past few months.  Hoping for way faster processing times for January filers!  The CSC seems to be moving a lot faster now. :)
