Did you send other forms of proof? I could see how this would concern you ?. I'm not familiar with that site, is there anything on the very top of the screenshots/thread that signifies any factual information?

Yep we sent a bunch of other forms of proof, but I still can't believe we completely overlooked that! The only information it shows are the usernames and discussion and that's about it. If we were smart we could have gone into the settings section where it shows your email address above the username and taken a screenshot of that along with the conversations to show that it's us. sigh.  Too late now! I'm fully prepared to have to send that out in the event we get an RFE

If you have plenty other proof I would say stop stressin ha!! I could easily get caught up in "things" if I analyze what I did or didn't do ?. Besides, they're prolly aware of that site and just overlook it because of the other evidence you provided. Be positive ?

Finally some movement on my petition. According to my bank they have cashed the check.

And a few hours later I got an e-mail stating my petition has been accepted and that I should receive the paper NOA1 in the mail in 7 to 10 days. Slow progress, but we'll take it :)

Hi everyone,

I finally found the January filers thread! Reading through all the comments has eased my anxiety a little. I sent in my I-129F to the Lewisville lockbox on 1/23 and it was delivered on 1/27. No email, no text, and the check still hasn't been cashed -_- normally I'm an extremely patient person... but the past week has been brutal.

Good Luck y'all!

Shout out from a fellow Minnesotan (I live in Minneapolis) who is also marrying a Canadian. :)  We filed in November.

Just realized I quoted tevans2 instead of tdav.  Just saw the t at the beginning and didn't stop to check the country.  My apologies, tevans2.

Welcome taylor, yes VJ has a lot of great ppl and posts to help ...maybe also check the November thread as I found some helpful posts there. You also can see there the progress of CSC there ... November files are about to get approved now. Great to have you all here for the waiting process :)

I have to say, the November thread is a great resource for information and brings a lot of method to the apparent madness. There are a couple of folks in the forum that do some great work in scanning case numbers and crunching the data to provide a picture of how things are moving. It's good to know that cases are progressing; CSC processed 147 applications yesterday alone, including 93 approvals. Slowly but surely they'll get to us! November was crazy, but it'll even out in December in theory.

Yeah Im reading through the November thread too. It reads like a thriller though, Im at the part where everyone starts getting worried because the number of processed applications grows smaller every day.

But thank you glmg21 for your positive words! The Novembers are getting their NOA2s, and Im optimistic our process MIGHT be a little bit faster!

Hi Milly, welcome to the waiting game! Do you mean that your packet arrived at the lockbox in Texas, or that your application has been transferred to the Texas Service Centre (TSC)? Pretty much all of the applications go to the California Service Centre after the Texas lockbox, and that's where the processing happens. It's typically taking around 3 months to process an application in California at the moment, sometimes a little faster.
