Good morning everyone.. im ready to send the package with the supporting documents for my wife and daughter but I want to make sure I do it right. Im a permanent resident filling for my wife in the Dominican Republic. We do have a daughter who will be receiving a green card through her mother in the same process. Is there anyone familiar with the process that I could ask a few questions to?

Thanks in advance!

yes, I also just delivered after i had sent my document, so i had to send his documents after a month of submitting my documents, my husband is filling for me and my PD is 26th May, 2016, hope that will not delay my NVC completion..

Hi and congrats! It's a great feeling to be able to proceed forward in the filing process. You will get WL after October 1st as currently, from the NVC point of view, we are still on the September Bulletin. If I were you, I would start intensively preparing the correct required paperwork, so once you are able to file it, you will be better prepared. My paperwork was just approved without RFD (requets for evidence), so feel free to ask any questions.

Please what were the things you submitted and how long did it take for NVC to complete it with RFD

How Many weeks did it take for your case to be completed after you submitted your document?
