Thank you for replying,

Due to being very new to this site and also already mentioning I am on the first step of the Visa process, I am still working out how to use this site and how to start my time line.

Yet again please bare with me.

Regards,

Laura.

Try filling out the application first. The DS-160 comes after you get your NOA2. It is when you are in the interview phase. You have a long way to go. Go up to the top of this site and click through the Guides it tells you a step by step process. Good luck.

OP is most likely going to try and file the packet on Monday, and confuses that date with what an NOA1 is... and may also believe TSC is the Texas Lockbox.. which of course it isn't. This is pure speculation on my part though, so I hope the OP clarifies after some serious reading.

Dear Visa Journey group

I have had a similar challenge to get a petition number although I believe i have submitted all of my forms, including DS-160. I have reached out to my local congress to help me process my application. Does anyone else have any other ideas on who to best call to expedite my case. We have been waiting very long.

Regards

Shah

How is your situation similar? Where are you in the process? How long have you been waiting and what exactly are you waiting for? Why do you need an expedite?

Your timeline shows Vermont, but they have not processed I-129F petitions for years, and there is nothing else filled out on your actual timeline info. It is hard for people to help without having the actual details of your case.

Thank you so much for you reply,

So my first step is filling out the I 129F? What else needs to be sent at the same time with this I 129F..?

Look forward to hearing from you,

Regards,

Laura.

I will say you need more time to familiarize yourself with the steps which you can find at Uscis.gov if this place is complicated for you. You don't want to make any mistake or miss any important step. Good luck
