I have question and I hope you guide me
for example I marry with usa citizen person in third country and then he or she come back in usa and apply for me
now my question is
if he or she after apply for me, then his mind Changed for example after few days or months told me I don't want you or don't want to continue or I want to cancel then what can I do ?
tell me what is situation after he or she told this is there any law about this
can I still get visa or green card or not
please clearly guide me

If your US citizen spouse doesn't petition or if they cancel or stops the petition there are no laws or rights you have. There is nothing you can do. Sorry.

You do not have rights to a greencard or any US visa.

Always amazes me that when situations happen like this people want to know how to keep going to get their visa.

ok thank you this is only question for more information
but another question about this , for example if citizen person cancel it and after that I want to marry with another usa citizen person
and you know that for marry the two person must be divorced , so you know that I marry before with my previously husband in usa and he cancel it and if I want to marry with another usa citizen I must to divorced from previous husband and my previous husband is in usa and he don't want to divorced or contact
so what can I do or how to divorce from previous husband

Why would you want to do that? The love of your life (as your spouse should be) has decided they don't love you and you are not interested in salvaging the marriage, you are looking at how quickly you can marry someone else to get a green card. Work out the problems with your current marriage before you start looking at someone else.

Is it a loving marriage you want or a green card? I'm not convinced it's the former.

so the information that you are looking for is....

If your "husband" says no will you get a green card? - No you will not get a green card

and for the sake of this green card / visa can you marry another person?- Not unless the first marriage is annulled or a divorce decree is given.

After divorce, if you marry again for the GC / Visa - Concerned authorities will find out and they wont give you a GC!!!

Do keep us posted as to the number times you had to "marry" to get that GC / Visa.

Will wait right here biting my nails or even better with a bowl of pop-corn to hear your love story and how it helped you get a visa!
