Well if that is the case we have an answer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

no. Instead, i am happy to introduce you to the 'advanced search tool' ..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If this is correct anywhere would be hard.

:) touche......got it, kinda common sense though it seems from the few passages i read, if you arent able to load it up , its gonna be hard to prove a real relationship anyway,

It had to be more than just not knowing the name of one of the in-laws. If a person can give all the details they can think of when they report to vj members that they were denied, it would help the members to come up with better advise. It also would help every one else when it comes time for their own interviews.

I agree with Lowlie

It will help if we know more details about the interview, so vjers are able to offer better advice. I don't also think not remembering the name of one of your siblings was the only reason that resulted in the denial. What were the other questions asked?

what is the age difference? how long did you guys date before marriage and how many times have you two visited? duration of your visits? what type of marriage (or wedding) did you have..

Details like this will help vjers tell you what might have been the reason for the denial.

I agree. We're all sort of waiting to get more details on this. This will def help a lot of people waiting for a Ghana interview.

I know front loading is important but say what? So if you did not front load your petition, you might as well call and cancel your interview?? ? Waste of time? OK.. Try again.

You have to remember the petition package you sent to USCIS and than NVC goes before a CO before you get to interview. This is how they study you get their evidence together and questions. You submit nothing what are they suppose to deduce and render a decision.

Interview is too late to bring new evidence. Sure they may ask for updated Logs, pics letters. But those are cases that are border line and on the edge.

No its not a forget it don;t bother with interview. But the embassy expects that everyone should be doing their due diligence and studying what to do. People not finding Visa Journey is no excuse there is google and that will tell you everything you every wanted to know and ask for how to do this entire process. And people need to study and know their embassy. I know many here on VJ think all embassies are created equal and they are not. Study Study learn. :goofy:

Accra, Ghana

We did everything right, we had ample evidence and supporting documents. He was asked a question about my siblings and couldn't answer it so they denied him.

What are our next steps? Do we have to wait another year? What should I do? How do I get him another interview and quickly???

Please, my heart is broken and its hard to breathe.

And here is the letter my Husband was give....what on earth does this mean???

submitted with the i-130 or civil docs for the ds-260?

if no, was a waste of time, no Vice Consul makes time during the interview to review evidence.

We definitely front-loaded....and supplied more at the interview.

Where is the letter?
