Hey guys, FWIW I received that letter about two weeks ago, and got an RFE a week later (need court record... ugh). So, at least they're doing SOMEthing with my case, although on the portal my civil documents are still N/A.

I have a question, though-- could I schedule both the interview AND medical during the same trip to Montreal? Husband is in Saskatchewan and it would be nice to not have to do two trips. Is there any reason this wouldn't work?

Also, is all this "scanned" and "CC" business about statuses on the CEAC site?

Oh, I see, "case complete." Never mind! :)

Hi! Sure you can schedule the medical to happen in the same trip as the interview, just make sure you can stay at least 3 to 5 business days between the medical and the interview. Medisys requires 3 business days (but they like to book five, just to be safe) between your medical and the interview date - for processing. This will depend on your interview date, which NVC schedules. Once you have that, you can book the medical, and the folks at Medisys are very helpful in that way.

My interview was set for Feb 10, and Medisys booked me for Feb 3, just as an example. Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

I can't see updates to Saylin's awesome tracking spreadsheet since mid-Feb. Am I doing something wrong or does it still need to be "caught up" with updates?

Definitely appreciate the time that does into doing that.

Sorry, been busy with work and such as of late. And I'm on vacation right now in Canada ;) I'll try to update it this weekend once I'm back home.

Called NVC a moment ago, and our case was reviewed over the phone. The customer service agent was very helpful and nice and said we should receive the IV bill within a week! ^_^

Good luck to you and all the VJers
