Just checked CEACs webpage and my AOS fee changed from PAID to N/A, but IV fee still says PAID. Does it mean CC?

I remember some people asking this same question

I had the same doubt It is a CC!!! Congratulations! I have heard of people talking about 3 N/A/s and I was confused when only my AOS status changed but I called and asked NVC and they confirmed my case was complete.

Ugh! 40 minutes wasting on hold with NVC and they won't put me through too supervisor. I'm so annoyed. How come this happens??? I just want to pay my fee....
