From my post in this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/512864-september-2014-aos-filers/?p=7721355

We received an RFE yesterday in the mail for proof our relationship is bonafide, as well as updated G-325As. Sounds weird right that after 10 months they would ask for relationship evidence. I thought that's what interviews were for lol, and we could have had one months ago.

It states:

Your alien relative petition is continued for the reason(s) checked:

  • Please submit joint documents showing that your relationship is bonafide. Possible evidence can include the following: a lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; joint ownership of property, cars, businesses; documents showing co-mingling of financial resources, such as bank accounts, birth certificates of children, joint filing of Federal income tax returns, copies of joint health insurance, life insurance policies and photos.
  • Please submit an updated Form G-325A, Biographic Information for you and the Petitioner.

So far we are planning to send in this:

  • Copy of our current lease and new lease which starts Aug 1
  • Copies of the last 3 bank statements for both our joint accounts
  • Copy from the bank when we opened our accounts that has both of our names listed as owners
  • Copy of our 2014 tax return that was filed jointly
  • Copy of our health insurance ID card
  • Copy that shows we are both covered under the same health insurance policy
  • Copy of her pharmacy claims
  • Copies of our recent pay stubs (just a few to show we are both in the same address)
  • Various photos of us, about 20 to 30

Is there anything else we should try to include?

For the G-325A, it is only asking for the form, but should we submit a 2x2 passport photo as well? It doesn't specify the photo but I'm curious what others have done in this situation.

Oh and our file is at the San Francisco office.

So, i did receive my welcome letter in mail on 07/13 and it says that my GC will be delivered in the mail in 3 weeks. yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Question: Does it really take 3 weeks to arrive or its just a time frame given but it arrives earlier? After shipping the GC does USCIS updates case status with a tracking #?

I wish you all best of luck in your journey. My this documentation ends here and next starts after 1.5yrs for ROC & 10yrs GC.

My online status reflects the following update...

On July 10, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number XXXXXXXX. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by September 8, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov to give us your new mailing address.

Can you tell me how long did it talek to receive your letter after this status update?

What is ADIT processing? Did anyone receive any request for ADIT processing?

Mine says exactly the same thing except the dates. mine was approved July 09, and it says my card should arrive before Sept 08. I was also curious to know about ADIT. i received my welcome letter in mailbox on 07/13 and doesn't say anything about ADIT instead it says that my GC should arrive in 3 weeks. But just for your information here's something to read about ADIT if in case your letter says something about it.

Hello guys, I have been following this thread for long now and I would like to ask if anybody faced an experience like me and the result came out fine. I was asked to send new medical for my marriage based I-485 and I have done the medical. then, I went to the clinic and received my sealed medical document and sent it to the uscis office located on my rfe letter. then after a while, the clinic called me and they told me they made a mistake when the fill out the medical form but i already sent it so i went back to the clinic again and took the correct medical form and sent it to uscis. I tried to recall the first medical document by usps but it was not successful. now the uscis office got both medical documents and i sent it around June 25 and no response until now. I don't know what to think but just stressed. anybody has this kind of experience? please share. it will ease my stress.

Hi there . I did not have similar experience to yours but I have been asked also to send a new medical exam and i did and that was at the beginning of last month on June the 6th exactly , I still haven't heard from them until now . Anyway you do not have to worry cause when they receive the first sealed letter from you and they find a mistake they will mail you to ask you for a new medical exam again ! It depends on the kind of mistake that was made by the clinic !

I wish you a good luck..

Your list looks like what they're after. I've seen other USC spouses have to supply the G-325A, so I filled one out just in case. IDK about the passport photos, but if it goes with the form, I'd say send em. Better safe than sorry, I'd think.

Congratulations k1 UAE! Great news!

Congrats!!!

That sucks!! :( I'd send in the correct medical, along with a letter explaining why you're resending. In this process, you really can't afford to have such a mistake happen. Shame on the clinic!

Our new medicals were delivered to the Tampa office this morning. :clock: We're hoping to come home to approvals.

She had 2 medicals before she sent in her AOS, one before the K1 interview and then again after she arrived she got a new medical in August 2014 right before she filed. So her August one is still valid!

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

I'm not seeing that in her signature, so had no idea there was an August medical done. Why did you do the medical then? pre-emptively striking? ha
