I'm not seeing that in her signature, so had no idea there was an August medical done. Why did you do the medical then? pre-emptively striking? ha

no word back from Tampa after sending them a letter June 24th about our medical rfe. We sent the redone medicals out on Monday, and they were signed for this morning. We leave tomorrow to Europe for 2 weeks. We'll see what happens while gone. They'll be doing a preclearance via Dublin, so hopefully the process will be smooth.

She had 2 medicals before she sent in her AOS, one before the K1 interview and then again after she arrived she got a new medical in August 2014 right before she filed. So her August one is still valid!

Oh I see, I did not see her posts.

I hope it won't take that long. Mine was approved a week after USCIS received my medical. Anyhow, enjoy your vacation, :D and have a safe flight.

Congrats!

According to the USCIS website it is up to a month or more. Mine says I am approved on June 30th, 2015 and my green card should arrive by August 29th, 2015. But don't worry, some people got their green card less than a month.

No movement on the AoS, and while the EAD is approved, they are sitting on it instead of ordering the card to be produced. Without the card, you run afoul of the I-9 requirement.

Then I got this from Barbaricum, a professional research firm hired by USCIS:

"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is conducting a customer satisfaction survey. We are asking for your opinions about your experience using our website, www.uscis.gov.

Customer satisfaction surveys help us improve our services. Participation in this survey is voluntary and all responses are completely anonymous.

Completing this survey should take you no longer than ten minutes. After you complete each page, click the Continue button to go to the next question. If you need to change an answer, click the Back button.

We appreciate your participation and thank you for helping us to improve USCIS services.

Honestly, do they really want to know what we think about them, whether it be their text / online status update, e-request, adjudicating time, adjudicating standard, etc.??? I am still ROFLMAO at the moment. This came via email. I think it was the result of the Infopass Request.

hey guys. I was so busy moving and stuff. Just want to give y'all an update:)

Short version: I'm green as of 6pm today~~yay

Long version: Filed in July 2014, got waiver letter Oct 15 if i remember it correctly~ so, I made at least 5 service requests after that date! The latest ones were on April 18th I made a request, as of May 18th, no one worked on my request so I made a new one! I checked the request status everyday, no one worked on it as of 3:30pm this afternoon. So I called and talked with a Tier 2. She told me that her system showed that someone started to work on my case TODAY, literally 7/15/2015. So, TODAY 7/15/2015 at 6pm I got an update on my case saying card in production.

1 year, after 1 year of them having my case and not looking at it, it took them less than ONE DAY from picking my case up to reviewing my case to approving my case!!! what the what!! USCIS!!!

Well, anyways, here is the end of AOS. See you guys in a year and a half!! Good luck to those still waiting! Don't forget to call USCIS constantly!

You need to call them for the card. This happened to me, card approved and no notification no mail until I called them. The next day, the notification and tracking came. Call them!

I will give them another call and this time, I want Tier 2. Tier 1 is just useless. I wonder why they even have Tier 1 agents.
