So I called today to see if I had an interview date....well apparently now I don't have a case complete. Site still shows 3 NAs. I've called since December 30th and have called several times and everytime they said case complete. Now he said it's waiting to have a case complete. Wow I don't even know what to say.

This is all so comical now.

What a nightmare everyone goes through to get pass the nvc !!!. Seem like no one give a damn about all the people that suffering.

Actualy im in sudan so my interview was assigned to be in Egypt.

After I have sent my documents to the NVC I asked to change my embassy to Ankara/Turkey

So after about a week I recieved an email stating thet my case number changed to ###.

Do you think thet this change may be the problen Im so confused

Not really sure but I seem to remember a couple of people posting that changing their country/Embassy did delay them but not by much. All depends how busy Turkey is, but it can't be any worse than the Egyptian Embassy in Cairo they are (Co) monsters just the worst of the worst, nasty, rude, insulting it's just a free for all there they do what they want. Please God make me eat my words.

Might want to post on Dewheels thread they know more and more people are their. You can find the link on the first page of this thread. But I think you should be getting your interview very soon.

Ignore them,I bet they wanted to ruin your happiness. You have your CC and I also bet if you call again, they will tell you something else. NVC phone reps are bitter about heir jobs and cannot stand other peoples being happy. This is my theory after my experience with them and by reading other people's stories.

Be happy and just wait for your interview. (can you call the embassy to ask about the interview instead of NVC? does anyone know?)

Hi there.....do you know who you spoke with ? I was going to call and ask about interview today as well but not so sure that I will now. That really stinks if the rep was just messing with you...actually it stinks either way! How horrible to cause more stress and anxiety...makes me angry.So sorry that this happened to you.

my scan date was on 24 nov

until knoe i didnt recieve anything and still paid under AOS

I live with the petitioner outside USA and when I try to call NVC through Skype they tell me unsufficient credit

any advise?? :(

I'm sorry don't know how I missed your post but I have no idea. If you don't get an answer here you might try Saylin's and Dewheels threads they are both on the first page to this thread. Nevermind! I went back and read it again. Paying the fee increase difference only applies to the non-immigrant visas. Thank goodness!

Did you call again? See I called and they told me CC but I didn't have the 3 N/A's when I called and I did so 3 times to make sure they said NO CC. I think this guy made a mistake so please call and if they say the same thing ask to speak to a supervisor. Don't just let this go. I really hate them they are just pure EVIL!

Ok they haven`t reviewed my request yet but rep and I have a lot of laughing while talking about the snow and stuff I was her first call today, maybe because of that:)

I am calling right now to see what they say. I really want to get a supervisor as they are the only ones that know what is happening.

So I spoke with a lady named Tessa, actually a nice woman. She said its in final review as well. I asked for a supervisor and she tried getting someone but they werent available but provided her with some information.

Apparently there is another piece of mail they have to review that was sent (I am assuming it was my checklist document that I sent. But this was done in early december, not sure why it needs to be reviewed since my case was completed on December 30)

anyways that is being reviewed and a supervisor is going to review that document and I will have to wait. Anyone know how long a supervisor review takes? I think they sent it for a review on January 16th.

So I can kiss goodbye to a march interview.

April hopefully? lol
