Apparently, NVC is taking 60 days from the last scan date which is quite frustating. I just wish everyone who is waiting for his/her case complete, gets it soon.

congrats to all the CC this week...

I am not sure if I got a CC or not I checked this morning just because and now my AOS fee says n/a...I have seen that some if not most that have that have a CC even if the IV is not all 3 n/a..its funny because I called the NVC last night and I spoke to a wonderful lady her name was Amanda She was actually the nicest person that I have spoken to that works there...and she had told me that it should be sometimes next week as my scan date was 15 Sep as one package and I have not received any checklist yet...anyone think this is a CC or could it be incomplete?

Hi guys,

Just checking in, received our scan date: November 7th for both packages, 60 day wait begins!

Dear Sir/Madam,

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your documents on 07-NOV-14.

We are currently receiving an increased number of approved petitions from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a result, we are experiencing increased review times for documents received.

We expect it will be at least 60 days from the date we received your mail before we complete the review of your documents. We will notify you when we review your documents.

We are working to reduce these processing times and we appreciate your patience.

Hi all Wife just had interview, everything went so well until the CO asked for a joint sponsor. So yes she's in AP now. My question is, I found a joint sponsor. He's married and files taxes jointly. His wife works but doesn't make a lot of money, maybe $5000 a year. Do they need to fill out both an i864 and i864a or not? He will include 2013 tax return &w2, copy of u.S passport and letter from employer on company letterhead. Please help. CO said the faster we submit the documents, the faster wife gets her approval. ?

The spouse of a joint sponsor never has to file an I-864A (unless they need to to meet the poverty line). So, it sounds like the joint sponsor in your case makes enough money to not need their spouse to sponsor as well.
