Got AOS invoice today :) Also, just double checking because I know the order of things is a little different now - under applicant information for my husband, it says PAY NOW for the IV fee as well already. Am I really able to already pay that already, as well as the AOS? (already paid AOS this morning)

Also, I've tried looking to no avail, though I know I've seen it somewhere before. My husband lived in Thailand for 9 months last year when we were volunteering there. Will he need a police certificate from there, or is it just if you've spent a year overseas? Thanks, guys!

8/28/2014 - Sent I-130 from Australia

9/8/2014 - Arrived to Chicago Lockbox

9/10/2014 - Email notification of NOA1 - forwarded to CSC

9/25/2014 - Received hard copy of NOA1

9/30/2014 - Email notification of NOA2, approved (20 days)

NVC

10/15/2014 - NVC received case

11/5/2014 - Case # and IIN assigned

11/6/2014 - Welcome email from NVC and DS-261 submitted

11/7/2014 - AOS fee invoiced and paid

12/2/2014 - Send AOS and IV pack together from Australia

12/3/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

12/7/2014 - DS-260 completed

12/11/2014 - Package scan date

2/7/2015 - Case Complete - No checklist

3/17/2015 - Interview - Approved!

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Hi everyone.

As some of you are aware, I have been using statistics and maths to calculate a predicted case complete date. There is a 73.9% correlation between the last scan date and case complete data. There is definitely a trend occurring.

If you are interested in finding out a date range for your predicted case complete, please private message me your last scan date.

Praise God we just got approved for expedite!!! Does anyone know what happens next ? will NVC look for my file? All our papers are there and scanned in on oct 17. Both packets AOS and IV. And ds 260 was completed as well before that.

So so happy and grateful to God. Please help

Hey guys,

My hubby and I had been waiting for our IV fee to be invoiced, we decided not to wait any longer and we mailed both the AOS & IV out today. He just checked on the ceac site and saw that the IV was now able to be paid which he did. Do u guys think we will have any issue being that the barcode for the IV is not in the package?

No it will not be an issue. I hope you put the AOS cover sheet on the IV package. Had you not waited you would be earlier in line.

my scan date 15 sep and still nothing on the CEAC site so I called NVC I spoke with a wonderful woman named Amanda she was a really nice person who said well it looks like it should be next week but she said they have received a lot of documents lately and that I should get something next week and I asked her if they was closed Tuesday of course she said its a holiday. and told me to call everyday but Tuesday next week because it should be soon for a CC
