Thank you so much! I already sent it today, printed out the original AOS barcode and overnighted it, I figured if its not accepted this I can send it again with the checklist coversheet.

Hi Sukie,

As I watch of late I see time frames shifting and technical issues at NVC that I did not experience.

It forces everyone to interact more with the "Angry Birds" and makes accurate estimates of each

step more difficult to make. I want to buy a plane ticket so bad, but I dare not until I see if and when

I make the June interview. I still want to do the "Bridge Climb" one day. I showed my wife the photos

from my other post to you and she wants to go one day. My heart is with everyone on this thread.

I read every post and agree in prayer with each person here to be united with their family's soon. :yes:

2/10/14 - DS-261 was filled out and AOS was paid

2/11/14 - AOS was mailed

3/10/14 - AOS Checklist for missing field (Didn't write N/A)

3/11/14 - AOS was resent

3/20/14 - IV fee was invoiced and paid

3/26/14 - DS-260 was filled out and the IV documents were mailed from India

3/27/14 - AOS was approved (Reply to the checklist)

4/1/14 - received a false checklist for IV documents

4/7/14 - IV Documents reached NVC

4/11/14 - IV Documents were touched by NVC

4/29/14 - Case Complete (Called on April 30)

4/30/14 - Checklist for IV docs (To obtain PCC - This is normal for Mumbai)

5/6/14 - CASE COMPLETE confirmation email received.

5/9/14 - Interview was scheduled for June 17 @ Mumbai Consulate

Good afternoon everyone,

Quick question..I am scanning all of my IV and AOS documents into a pdf, but some of my documents are rotated wrong. I am trying to rotate them, but when I save it doesn't save the changes. I was told that you can't save changes into adobe reader, does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Sent application to Lewisville, TX on 07/03/2017. Case received and check cashed on 07/11/2017. Biometrics: 08/03/2017. In Line for Interview: 09/05/2017. Interview scheduled: 09/18/17 (notice received 09/21/17). Interview date: 10/23/2017. Oath date: 11/02/2017. Passport received: 11/20/2017.

Vermont Service Center received package on Aug 18th 2016.

NOA 1 date: Aug 19th 2016 (received letter on Aug 24)

Biometrics date: Sept 23rd 2016

Approval Notice: Jul 24th 2017

Green Card Received: Aug 4th 2017

Oh yes, the EZ form asks for adjustment total income, where just the I-864 asks for the total income. They just like to confuse people! ;) Hope you get a complete case soon though!!

the I-864EZ still uses the total income from line 22 on the 1040.. You use the adjusted gross income only if you filed the 1040EZ.

I used the total income from line 22 on my 1040.

I was able to talk to agent Jim (he must be from the South, eh?) this evening. Well, NVC still hasn't received my case from NSC yet. :ranting:

I don't feel like calling them back tomorrow since I still can't feel my finger from pressing the redial button so many times. :rofl:

I'll call them back on Thurs or Friday. I hope NVC will have received my case by then. :unsure:

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

I should probably wait until my case leaves the NVC building before posting more flattering imagery of our Immigration Partners....

But for now I have some extra time while waiting for the interview so there will be more fun to come at their expense.....of course.. :D

I filled out the EZ... I now see that I put the TOTAL INCOME on both of those lines..... What a dumbass..... UGHH Well... hopefully because it is way over the poverty amount they will let me correct it later. They have my tax transcript, my 1040, my paystubs and an employer letter. I think I covered it..LOL This process SUCKS... The incorrect AOS filled out by my lawyer had the same mistake but with the WRONG TOTAL INCOME. I can only imagine the field day they will have with my AOS..

Remember, when it comes to NVC, no news is usually good news. You cc should be here in the next 2-3 days! Fingers crossed!! :)

I got this case complete on Saturday 26th April 2014.

PS: And it was our own honorable Joy you relayed this wonderful news to me. She was absolutely wonderful.

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

April 15 - IV bill received via email, IV bill paid/ in process, IV package sent.

April 18 - IV bill showing paid/ DS-260 available and done!

- AOS scanned into their system.

April 21 - IV package arrived per mail tracking.

April 24 - IV scanned into their system.

May 2 - False checklist for IV documents= AOS approval.

May 13 - NVC rep reported ? missing Police certificate via my phone call.

- Supervisor review initiated.

May 14 - Checklist for Police certificate came via email.

- Sent checklisted documentation priority post!

May 15 - Package delivered per mail tracking.

May 19 - Case COMPLETE!! Police certificate found by NVC:)

May 28 - Case complete email arrived.

May 30 - Assigned Interview date!

June 2 - Interview letter arrived via email.

June 11- Medical appointment Surrey, BC

July 8 - Interview in Montreal!! APPROVED!!!!!!!! July 10 - Visa package and passport in hand!! July 23 - POE!!
