Event Description

Embassy Review : Here is the interview breakdown:

We got there at around 7:20am for an 8:30am appointment. They let her stand in line at 7:40ish and once she got in it was like a 2-3 min wait. Then she got to the first desk, and was asked...

1. What is your maidan name.
2. What is your mother's maiden name.
3. What is your birthdate.
4. Who is calling you.
5. How long has your spouse been in America.
6. When was the last time you met your husband.

Then after about 30 mins she was called up for the main interview. She met with a female agent and was asked the following:

1. What does your husband do for a living.
2. How did your husband become a US citizen.
3. How did you meet your husband? arranged or love.
4. Show me pictures of your wedding ceremony.
5. Did you understand the content of the domestic abuse booklet?

Then she was told to pay the Immigrant fee and then was told congratulations you are approved.

She was out the door by 8:45.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
