just got off the phone with NVC. Checklisted AOS hasn't been reviewed...No checklist so far so im hoping tomorow will be the day. fingers crossed.

IV Accepted... I think.

First time I called today, I was told DS-230 has been reviewed and accepted. The rep. said they are waiting for AOS packet. I said I sent it, she said, wait 20 days...

After few hours I felt like I needed to confirm that IV packet was accepted, so I called again. This time the rep. told me "mail is under review", for both packets. I didn't mention the earlier conversation, and I didn't like her tone. So, I hung up and called again.

Now, the 3rd rep. I asked directly "has our DS-230 packet been accepted?" He said yes. "And AOS packet?" - he said it is still under review. Then I asked how long, once the review has started, does it usually take to finish it, and he said that once I send it I need to allow 20 days. But I already sent it, I said, and he just said "then allow 20 days. "

So, in solving this puzzle, I'd say since 2-out-of-3 said IV is accepted, I am going with that.

As for AOS - I'd guess they started reviewing it?

I also asked the 3rd rep. if they send out emails when packets are accepted or only on case complete, and he said I should get an email shortly about packet being accepted. I don't quite buy that, but that's what he said. No email yet.

guys. i called the NVC to get my case number and IIN. but they said they cudnt update my contact info and hence cudnt take my email addresses becz my case showed locked and hence they cud not update it.. does that happen??

yup - happened to me, on Day 0.

Sounds like you were at Day 0.

Day 1, Day 2, can do other things, but on Day 0 ? No la.

Yes I did. I've been posting on this forum that I haven't been able to update my signature timeline because lately I can't get to a computer, I have been reading and posting from my mobile phone.

FINALLY received the EP optin acceptance email. It was a reply from the original email from July 9th, not the resent supervisor review one on the 19th. I resent the AOS packet in just to be safe.

I just finished paying for IV Fee and print out cover sheet in end. I would like to know which NVC Cover Page or document do we need to show inorder to get PCC from India? Because i don't see any place where it mention that PCC is required?

Thanks!

You'll have to send the IV package without the PCC. You'll then get a checklist requesting for the PCC. You can then bring that to show as a request.

Hey, my AOS using the I-864EZ form was received on 7/11/13 by the NVC. I noticed last week that for 2011 Total Income Figure under question #19, I incorrectly used the Total Wasge $ figure on the corresponding 2011 tax transcript. I should have used the Adjusted Gross Income figure as I did with the other years submitted. ARGH!! I re-did the form and typed up a letter explaining this slight error.

I called to reconfirm the mailing address so I can send this revision and the representative told me to wait until my form is reviewed. They may or may not send me a checklist. Or if I get one, there maybe more information or errors I need to address. My first thought was to send it even before getting a Checklist notification. Now I'm hesitating in sending the revised form.

Anyone here make the same mistake? Did you get a checklist? Also, if you did send the revised AOS to the NVC, did you send it to Attn: DR 31 Rochester Ave.... address?
