Does anyone know the form # that the foreign panel physician will use to complete the medical?

they want to charge friggin 25 bucks for a piece of paper

Here is the form I was told they use

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-693.pdf

I think the cost for medical varies widely between the countries, as is expected. I think it will cost us $95-117 ($55-exam, $20-X-ray, $30-vaccines).

From what I've heard, the doctor already has the form, we don't need to bring it, so I guess it's included in the exam part of the cost.

yeah I got all the charges from the doctor already, but his comment was we can bring the form, or we can give it to you for a charge.. so far it is $300FD including the vaccines and xrays and another $40FD for the form :(

Hey guys, check the CEAC.STATE.GOV site, and viewed my status. It seems that it was changed to paid, but I still cannot access my cover sheet. I get an error. Any tips? Is this normal? Another thing, how long does it take to approve the DS-320 via email. Thanks guys.

You cannot email the DS-230.

It looks like people are calling the NVC and they are providing people with their IV cover sheet via email since their system is malfunctioning.

Just got checklist for old aos read part 6:25 doesn't match w-2 return. The thing is I didn't send w-2, only tax transcript. What should I do?

Triple check your numbers, then send the I-864 again.

make sure to include the checklist barcode sheet when you mail it off.

Okay since his brother claims him as a dependant, then your husband signs a completed I-864. His brother signs an I-864A OR an I-864 (his choice) so they can combine their income or not. Your BIL (brother in law) needs to claim himself, your husband, his mother and you on his I-864A. So that is 4 people he needs to be above the poverty line for. $29,437 minimum per year. If he doesn't qualify on his own he can combine income with his brother (your husband.) It really doesn't matter which form he signs since he claims your husband as a dependant.

Thankyou so much! m very much Thanx a lot
