it would have helped my paranoid mind if they could give an email confirmation that documents have been recieved or confirm that on phone and then continued processing them...I think I'll try again next week.

I would suggest you relax and not call. What i did was monitor other's VJ memebers timeline. Once i start seeing people approved closer to my date, i started calling. It helped alot. Not sure if it is true but mine was approved right after them.

Hey Niki, no, I have a Mac which doesn't support IE. Tried clearing out history, cookie and cache, to no avail. Tried a different browser (was using safari, then Chrome) and still nothing :(

Are you using IE?

Empty your cache and browser history, even get rid of your cookies. ONLY use IE as well.. It will and does mess up on other browsers after it lets you do most of what you want.

I had submitted the payment using Chrome and it currently shows IN PROCESS.

I just went back using IE and cleared everything but still getting the error message when trying to view/print the cover sheet.

May be an error on their end if so many people are getting it. Wait a few days for the IV money to clear your bank and then try again.

As for the DS-260 - is there another computer you can use?

btw whenever you feel like you're being lost in a shuffle or that you're being singled out for something not working

read the stats on here: http://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/ois_lpr_fr_2012_2.pdf

Quick synopsis:

in 2012:

  • 1,031,631 people became Legal Permanent Residents
  • 273,429 were spouses of US Citizens

You're not alone. At least you have this community to help you. We certainly do not have that many people on this board!

Just got off the phone with the NVC people. They're having website issues, she wasn't sure when everything will be up and running properly, she said just to keep checking back in on the site. Meantime, she's gonna e-mail my IV cover sheet. Good luck, gang!

That's awesome! Good to hear and confirm that it's on the DOS end it's messing up. That does happen occasionally. Their CEAC.STATE.GOV site wasn't working at all yesterday so maybe they'll get their techs on it quick like. :)

It's really a crime! When I got to the NVC stage. I asked and was told that Cuba charges a little over $400 for the panel doctor exam; crying.gif waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Looks like Evan and I had the same idea :) I just got off the phone with the NVC as well. The rep first told me I have to allow 3 business days. But when I told her I was able to view and print the cover sheet right after I submitted the AOS fee she put me on hold for a minute and came back saying her supervisor said they are having issues with the site and will email the IV cover sheet.

Just hope that this issue doesn't affect the payment I submitted. I was able to submit it and print the receipt so I assume that portion of the site is working fine.

Hey guys, check the CEAC.STATE.GOV site, and viewed my status. It seems that it was changed to paid, but I still cannot access my cover sheet. I get an error. Any tips? Is this normal? Another thing, how long does it take to approve the DS-320 via email. Thanks guys.
