She would have needed an EAD to work, porn or otherwise.

Actually, if she WAS just making porn, even if paid, how is that illegal? Pornography is legal in the US, I can't see how this would be bad for her in that case.

Hard to prove she entered into a marriage in good faith if she is having sex with lots of people.

This is indeed a very perplexing case.

But to answer this question, a consultation with a reputable immigration lawyer could answer that for you. Maybe some things could be ruled inadmissable under some ruling? My personal opinion is that this should not be taken lightly at all. Any means that you can use to protect you (lawyer) should be given strong consideration.

According to your post, he seems like he may do anything to fight this.

I didnt say she was paid or that making it is illegal. It will be interesting to see how she will explain whatever is going on if it comes to that. It certianly is something that has to do with the quality of her relationship with her husband.

I probably need to do that and it's very important for me and other people life. I just hate to take medicine but now I am really happy. Slowly slowly getting my papers done and not fight with anyone. While I was with my husband we fight everyday and it was horrible. I am glad that I am no more with weirdo. But going through therapist will really help me in the future. Thank you for advice

Medicine is only a band-aid. Therapy is what will heal you. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you are able to find peace and happiness in your new life.

Going through vawa right now. Everything going great except for the part my abusive husband might lie to uscis saying I am a prostitute. He is not one of the normal guy . He just likes his wife ###### my lots of people and show off his wife that means me to guys for extra attension. Probably he got thousand of videos and pictures. He will try to do anything to kiss me out of this country after doing lots of nasty things. Can someone prove he or she is a prostitute only with the videos of sex when there is no money involve and it was done for his own enjoyment ? Is it good idea to hire a lawyer and stop him from saying and doing that? Any help will be appreciated.

It sounds to me the bigger issue is if you want to be married to this guy? If you get tagged as a prostitute by immigration you will have a very difficult time ever getting approved. I am not saying that is going to happen based on your post. It is possible for you to turn the tables on him if you feel he is sexually exploiting you he can be in very big trouble. We are talking legal trouble with the law. If he is saying do this or that or I will not help you get your visa and it involves what you are talking about he can get in trouble. Just my opinion.
