During this time, everything is sort of "frozen" and anything that has not been processed or approved before they go on break will just sit there till after the break. Is this true or is she just trying to be discouraging since she is constantly trying to break us up and get my fiance back? Sounds like she is trying to discourage you. They don't go on long breaks like that, no. They don't work on federal holidays, other than that they should be working!

Don't listen to her. She's obviously trying to discourage you and get in between you guys. Unless she works for the USCIS or is a lawyer or has gone through the process herself, she has no credibility whatsoever.
