I had paid my AOS first and still pending but my IV was paid yesterday dont get it how one was billed first and paid and the other billed later and paid later and showed that it was paid. So the only thing I was wondering is it worth sending the IV ahead of the AOS or wait till the AOS paid and send it all together. Will sending one make the process move faster? or Is still the same because they have to wait for the AOS anyways. :help:

You can either send the packages together or separate, it's up to you.

Benefit of sending packages separately: NVC will get to your first package faster compared to if you send them separate because you have to wait for the other bill to appear as PAID which is usually a few days difference

Benefit of sending packages together: save on money with envelopes and over-nighting

NVC will review whatever package they receive first, whether it's the AOS or IV. Then when they receive the next package, they'll review that. And then case close if no RFEs.

Well the bad part about this is they already have funds for the AOS out of my account so I dont know why they are hold it up and I called NVC they say sometimes it takes about five days to show paid. For my IV I paid on a Saturday and was showen paid on Tuesday so go figure with that.

I can't really explain that one :P Usually the first one you pay appears as PAID first. Hopefully it appears as PAID soon so you can send the AOS package :)

I found out through the AVR. I also called spoke to some one and had told me the received my approval but just did not put into the system. I was approved May 27 and they received on June 6 and found out my case Number on June 14 but entered on June 13 the same day I called and was told that had recivied on June 6.

I called and asked an operator.. He was nice and gave it to me but didnt give me an IIN so I called back a couple of hours later and got it.. :)

As for sending the packages.. I sent separate.. :) Im still waiting for the IV to show paid.. but i wanted to get a jump start.. Dont send it overnight unless you want to pay like 20 bucks.. I sent it priority and paid for signature confirmation and they will get it in 2-3 days which is tomorrow :)

Is possible to get an expedite at NVC, but you must ask for it. Usually a special supervisor gets involved, codename Supervisor Sue PL (PI?) - but the teleoperator you speak to about the expedite will give you exact details on 'how to do'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

It would be good if those who had their case expedited to list their reason for it to be expedite.

I'm happy to finally move to an NVC forum and be out of the FILER's forum! Whooo hoooo!

Greetings to ALL!

Shan signing on here.......

I've had my case number since the 15th, I've paid both fee's and mailed the AOS. Still waiting for packet IV fee to show "PAID", then I will "superman fly" that packet over to NVC.B-)

I am praying to be NVC complete by mid July, and hoping to have an early August interview date. However, Late July wouldn't be bad, but that would take a lot of Hocus Pocus! Anyone know where it sells, I'm willing to buy?

:P Anywho! Good luck to everyone and Abra-Kadabra :star: (stars and sprinkle dust)

Shan signing off......
