Embassy Review : sorry it took a week to do this, I've started this so many time just never finish it or forgot to post it.
ok so my husband reached the Embassy around 5:50 he was determined to be there way before time. we were on the phone the whole time while he was outside and around 7 they started letting people in. At that time he handed the phone over to my brother in law and we stayed on the phone either talking or messaging until my hubby came back out to give me the best Christmas present ever!!! so my hubby told me that "IN THE NAME OF JESUS WE ARE APPROVED!!!!" i just broke down crying because NVC had lost his police report from DR and for us to get another one it would be another visa to go there and request one but thank God i made copies of everything!!!
my hubby went to the 1st window and the lady only asked him for his Medical and asked him a couple of questions like his name and my name and who i was to him and went to get his file then told him to go sit down and wait. he waited almost 3 hours watching people getting sent home because they were missing papers or they needed to come back with their spouses for another interview. my husband told me that there were 3 consulates given interviews that day a woman and two men an black american who speak kreyol but kreyol li lou!! no one could understand him and he was very impatient with the interviewee. so the people that were waiting were very scared of him and my husband said he asked God to get one of the other ones but...HE called his name lol so when my husband went up to him the man started speaking his kreyol and my husband asked him if he could do the interview with him in english if that would be better for him. My husband told me that's when the man looked up to him and they finally made eye contact and he said that would be good and they continued talking he asked my husband questions back to back and as he was asking before he finished my husband answered it. he asked. MY BIRTH DATE, OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY,HOW LONG WE'VE BEEN MARRIED, WHERE DO I LIVE, WHERE DO I WORK, WHAT KIND OF JOB I DO. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME WE SAW EACH OTHER, WHAT IS OUR DAUGHTERS NAME AND AGE. After that the Interviewer looked at our pictures i made an album since we were kids back in Haiti thanks to my grandma for keeping everything!! I had pics of us every time we'd get together and our wedding day announcement party with friends and family and our wedding day and art that our daughter made of our family at school. i put everything that showed that my family is really a family even apart we're close. Also my hubby told me that the man who interviewed him wasn't a hard he was firm and if you're not sure of yourself you wouldn't make it because he would grill you especially if you can not understand a word he was saying. My husband paid the $10 and left with this packet they gave him back of papers and pics i sent in.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
